Employee CXC1912 was excellent. he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

For something as simple as doing an exchange for our at home water cooler, the return station is right by the door, and if I need assistance in taking a full 5 gallon jug out to my car, they are always nice to help.

Most of the time I see a decent amount of floor associates, in the past it used to be difficult looking for assistance when shopping. I hope the store continues with the strong customer service and has sales associates in all areas of the store.

Our go to retailer for everything for the home.

I went to the Dunkirk, NY Home Depot to buy some staples for my Craftsman staple gun. The store had staples of every size and every brand of staple guns except Craftsman. Quite disappointing.

Spectacular Customer Service

I really like this store, it has many employees that I am on a first name bases with. 95% of the time it has the best brands at the best prices. When I do my weekly grocery shopping, Home Depot is just around the corner if I need something. The store itself is great, the Home Depot Military Veterans Discount is another matter.

Great place to shop unless your purchase anything kept locked up. Only limited employees have access and don't seem like they want to be troubled to get what you're purchasing. I don't understand why the security camera's are kept locked up. Creates more work for the employees who seem annoyed by purchasing items like that.

Store is always clean, they are always there to help load heavy items, the tool rental department is always willing to help you in finding the right tool for your job. Once looking for a fire alarm 3 clerks went all overboard looking for the seven discontinued one we needed, for replacements.

The store was very clean. It was clear where items in the store were due to everything in the isle was listed on a sign. Service was wonderful and all my questions were answered. I went in for 1 refrigerator and came out with that and a washer and dryer. Sales girl got me incredible savings and was also super helpful.... Thanks home depot!

I appreciate that Home Depot gives Military Veterans a discount. When first started the Veterans discount was limited to Veterans with a service connected disability. Now you give the discount to all Military Veterans. I would like Home Depot to make another change in this discount system. If I am at the Store ordering on-line or at Homedepot.com, in my home, I do not receive the discount. Being able to receive the discount however a Veteran shops at Home Depot would show that you appreciate them 100%.

I had an issue with using homedepot.com to place a special order. I went to the pro desk and Kyle helped me out, not only did he place the order that I needed, he also saved me a ton of money compared to the website. It is very rare these days to receive customer service like that.

We have shopped this Home Depot location many, many times and have always come away pleased and satisfied. If we had to return an item it was accomplished seamlessly and cheerfully. Impossible to beat good people, good product, and fair prices.

There was an issue returning a door,but it DID get resolved

I wish a Lowes would open in Dunkirk. Enough said.

This store has SEVERAL helpful and friendly customer service representatives that are eagerly ready to help you find what you're looking for. I've never waited long to cash out, the store is constantly clean, and I've returned items in a flash. There's rarely a time where I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, yet many times where I found something I didn't knew existed! Great Home Depot to shop at, I recommend this store over the one in Blasdell, NY which I would give the review of everything opposite of what I've just stated above.

STORE WAS CLEAN EXCEPT FOR THE ENTRANCE--NEEDED TO BE CLEANED

As a home improvement contractor who has had to shop at many different places my favorite is still the Dunkirk Home Depot! The friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful staff in every department have always been a big help in making my job easier and satisfying my customers.

The service by the associates was outstanding. There was an issue with pricing that will be addressed. The in store price for item P6361AC-P-C (Liberty Domed Top 2-1/4 in. Polished chrome round cabinet knob) was $1.78. Which l was charged. The online item was $1.48. When the associate located the item on line initially to see if Home Depot carried the item, it was noted as $1.48. But when l went to cash out l was charged $1.78. I did not challenge the discrepancy since l was not feeling well and l could not find the online item quick enough to point out the difference.

Store is always clean and shelves are stocked. Employees are always willing to help.
