Cashier Alberta was a great help!

Always get great service here overall. Most employees are very helpful (younger ones sometimes are helpful but you can tell they really don't care). This is a busy store that usually has everything we need and chose this store over other box hardware stores, hands down.

I purchased a snow blower online and it arrived damaged, so I immediately purchased another one, knowing I wouldn't have any problems returning the damaged one. When I tried to return the damaged one, I didn't know there was only 30 days to return gas powered merchandise (however I didn't put gas or oil into it) and I was 10 days over. Linda would only offer me a store credit, and refused to put it back onto my Home Depot credit card (which I know she could have easily done) then the manager Jason came over, also refused to put it back on my Home Depot card, but because I argued with him, and reminded him I should have 12 month returns with my Home Depot card he got angry and told Linda to "VOID the transaction!" And then told me "now you're not getting anything, well except the snow blower you came in with" then handed me a paper with Toro's warranty information on it and walked off. That's the Reader's Digest version, the full version is much worse, and Jason has no business being in a position of authority or dealing with customers... I'll be sending my more detailed letter to corporate.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot the other week. Dennis helped me and my dad figure out how to set up a door knob on my new college houses bedroom. He explained the entire process and gave the best customer support I have ever seen. I will for sure be returning to this Home Depot even know there is one closer. My new favorite retail place. I really was shocked at the exceptional customer service by Dennis, truly!

very happy with heater and service

I was helped by a cashier to get a great deal on screws. She went over and above what I expected, Missy! She was great.

Ordered and paid for over 2K worth of decking product all for it not to be pulled and have it not ready for pickup. And paid on Tuesday p/u on Sunday. They had plenty of time. Still ended up going home short, because they were selling the already paid for product to other people. We had to drive over 60 miles to get there.

Propietary, means a product made only for sale by home depot. When aproprietary agreement is solidified between the distributor, home depot, and the manufacturer, in this case life proof flooring mohawk carpets. When the delivery date says 1 week that assumes the product is within a few hundred miles generally. So, home depot locks in the sale so the consumer is stuck waiting with no communication for home depot entry level employees to tell you they don't know why the delivery days has changed 3 times tends to make the professional and home owner feel deceived. If you can't deliver, say so. Don't deceive us by promises management knows they can't deliver on. 1st time shame on me.. second time shame on you, and i won't even suggest this distributor and further will discourage my customers from using this distributor. My advice; Shop local shops that truly care about customer service above all, because, the cost is the same or better and the delivery times are the same, but with local shops your sales rep can be contacted for real time information. Home Depot seems to want to be the only game in town. Well, their not!!

Heidi is a role model for all employees and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. The millworks department probably does 90% of it's sales because of her. Always going out of her way to help people and knows her products. Her honesty and style really show through. Great sales person!

I waited and waited since they told me they were “pulling it from upper storage”… the cashier had to call them TWICE… they couldn’t find anyone to operate the forklift.. really? In a warehouse?

An excellent place to get paint!

We purchased seven 16' pieces of floor molding. Had to have it cut in half so it would fit in our truck. The cutting associate was concientious and practiced safe handling of the material and the equipment.

This is the Best Home Depot I have ever been in. They always try to be helpful and courteous even when they are overwhelmed. I've been in a lot of Home Depots and spent a lot there. These guys really try hard to go the extra mile. Hats off to them!

My wife and I have had issues with this store with a previous purchse but thought we'd give them another chanpurchased tchased 100 cinder blocks for a project and were told to wait at the back of the store. If no one showed up to.load them I. 20.mintutes to come back. Called at the 20 min mark, no one could be found to load them. Got a refund and went elsewhere. No third chance as we are done. Seems Home Depot has gone down hill the last xouple of years.

I just ordered a Troy-Bilt Riding Mower; and an attachment (which was on sale, on the store computer; but not on my phone app (Very big deal)!!) The older gentlr=eman that helped me; took his time and assisted me thru the whole process; made sure I had the right mower and bag attachment and that everything was coming in on certain date. I Appreciate his assistance and thorough research. (I'm an older guy too!!)

I ordered fake grass and it was suppose to be delivered they can't see where it is and it's several days late to get delivered I tell them to cancel the order and no one seems to know how to cancel the order and you can't get in contact with the supplier. I will no longer shop at home depot and ill continue to warn other contractors out there that you will spend more in lost labor waiting for the product to arrive than the cost of the product so just shop somewhere else save your self time and money.

I was on a tight budget and needed a specfic hot water heater and whe I seen that it was on in its location I was distraught... Dusty noticed that I was bothered and she approached me and helped me find the correct water heater and really helped me in this. Dusty is a perfect example of excellent customer service. I got the correct hot water heater and even had delivered... Dusty need a raise.... the delivery guys were awesome also very kind and helpful. this who experience was perfect

Last night, I left my iPad (my brain) at the paint dept after asking Jeff for some advice. Later, he found me at the other end of the store to let me know. I was just finishing up asking another salesperson a question, so all on his own Jeff said he’d go get the iPad and bring it to me. I am SO grateful and can’t thank him enough!!!

Scott in plumbing was knowledgeable, patient, efficient (knew which sump pump, materials, and tool/saw I needed to complete the job to remove/replace sump pump. Scott in plumbing quickly helped gather pump/materials by knowing exactly where to locate everything, and explained how sump pump and materials were put together. Thank you!

I've been working with Maria Bergman on three occasions on a large project - kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and today even flooring - she has been outstanding in her customer service, professionalism, and expertise. Invaluable.

I purchased an entire pallet of wood stove pellets and it took over 45 minutes to get a forklift operator to load it on my truck. It finally took calling for the service manager not once but twice mind you to get any help. I have shopped at various Home Depot’s and this one by far is the worst that I have ever been to.

Was very welled helped by Maria Bergman at this store, she took her time to help us on placing an online order and making sure we got a good price.

Kendra hit it out of the park, she listened, led me to the perfect vinyl solution, carefully measured cut and rolled it up so it wouldn’t be too heavy for me on a rainy night, so thoughtful, knowledgeable sharp sharp sharp ! Go see Kendra, you’ll be glad you did, after going to to many stores, Kendra came up with the perfect solution. Highest recommendation good old fashioned customer service at its finest , that’s Kendra in carpet/ flooring. I love it! Done. Problem solved with Kendra!

I know masks are a sensitive issue. I'm a disabled veteran with severe respiratory issues so I chose to wear a mask. John refused to pull up his mask from under his chin when I asked, and refused to help me because I chose to wear a mask. He said to a customer standing next to me that I was too sensitive and that 'they're in every store'. When he started to walk off I asked if he was going to help me and he simply said 'no'. A Home Depot employee should never treat a customer this way, and should never go out of their way to embarrass customers or make them feel so uncomfortable. It is apparent that this store does not value my business and for that reason I will not return.
