The employees are very helpful

The customer service manager, Michael, was very helpful. He understood my frustration, the limitations of store policy, and confirmed that he could offer me a discount on an in-store product that would allow me to have the parts I needed on a discontinued product. This was especially appreciated, since I had only purchased this product 9 days earlier, so to NOT have been able to get the parts needed would have caused additional expense and repairs in removing the product which had already been installed in my home.

I am in middle of having some contractor work done but so far, I regret coming to this store.

Michael, Department Supervisor, professional, knowledgeable, attentive and as a side note happy and funny! Best Home Depot employee I’ve ever met and I have shopped Home Depot for years!

The best service I have had in years took place on 12/31/19! I will begin my new year's projects shopping exclusively at this Home Depot. Could not have asked for any better assistance and customer service.

I ordered a washer-dryer combo along with all of the attachments, installation, and removal of my older appliance. Along with the protection plan, this was a $1472 order. When I got home I called the store with a concern that the unit should be vented to the left. A customer service specialist assured me that the unit could be vented left or right by removing one of the knockouts on the side of the dryer, When the unit was delivered today, the knockout had not been removed and the men who were to do the installation said they were not allowed to punch out the knockout and possibly damage the unit. They left the machine without completing the installation. It took me 3 hours to chip away at the knockouts with a hammer and screwdriver. I should get the combo installed tomorrow.

I tried to buy carpet. My order got lost and no one could fix the issue. Finally, James helped me resolve the problem, 3 weeks later. Everyone kept blaming their “system”.

The sales associates were helpful and friendly. They were courteous and eager to help me. That is true customer service.

This is the best staff of any Home Depot I’ve been in. They always ask to help no matter what department I’m in. The employees are long term and it also has the best Milwaukee tool shopping of any store I’ve seen.

This store from the management to every employee are super helpful and very knowledgeable! The store is extremely well stocked and things are easy to locate. All employees are very aware of location of products and go out of there way to help! I have found them willing to take time to explain the products and provide useful tips on using the products or how to best complete a project. The store is very clean and super well organized. They have installed a fantastic return area that allows customers to make easy returns in a very fast manner! They are #1 in customer support!

Best Milwaukee selection in town!

Anthony from plumbing is my hero. I was having trouble getting the faucet off the kitchen sink and he and the tool rental department got that faucet off no problem. What wonderful people to help me out. It's not part of their services.

Military friendly store. You don't have to sign up or sign your name. Angelia the cashier is very friendly. The plumbing department is supposed to have to plumber helpers but one had called in sick, mmmh Friday the first. But the lonely helper had it under control and everyone was patient.
