Bought the medicine cabinet and found this (see photo) after install, and these guys made it right!

Excellent customer service. They helped me load a ton of wood pellets into my pickup truck.

I often use the Bid Room for my purchases. I get frustrated using other HD locations and they don’t have what materials I need and have to get it back ordered

I am very pleased with the work performed by the installation company. However there was a delay in the installation of the windows. I was advised that there would be a discount applied because of the delay however this was not delivered as promised.

I had to replace all our toilets that were over 35 years old - the new toilets are great!

It's convenient to have the PRO parking just outside the checkout location.

Took forever to get service. No one willing to help or make a phone call to get us help. Walked the whole store asking for help! Pathetic!! I would suggest training your employees better. Customer service should be the highest priority!!!

Having a vision and finding someone with patience and ideas to help you achieve your vision for your home is great. Billie Jo was that someone.

Employee directed me to right aisles for items. Man came pretty fast to help wirh item on top shelf. In and out at self checkout and Sam helped wirh item to my car

Always clean and have items in stock

After working with an online counter specialist and the Easton Home Depot store, I am disappointed on how my project was poorly handled. Although the quote stated pricing was subject to change, the price was significantly different from what I was originally told. This was completely unexpected and above our original budget. If it wasn’t for my time sensitivity, I would have gone with another company to do my countertops.

There's always an employee around to help, with a ton of knowledge.

Steve, the guy with the cap, is extremely helpful and we are very grateful for going above and beyond

Had a great customer experience. Associates were looking out for me and assisted, as needed, without asking to put a mower on a cart and then loading in my vehicle. Did not have to ask, did not have to go lookingfor someone, and were extremely pleasant.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Hard time getting someone to come by Lumber department if Steve Seargent isn’t there.

I drove over 30 miles out of my way ( easton had the item I wanted , light fixtures) when I arrived I was helped immediately! Andrew ( works by customer relations/returns etc. ) helped with my check out. ( price matching from the internet) he was polite and a pleasure to make my purchase with!
