Store is always well staffed and stocked on products. Staff is friendly and helpful! Very clean and safe for covid-19 guidelines.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the associate who work at this particular Home Depot. They are very courteous, respectable, knowledgeable and helpful. It seems like they go out of their way to assist the customer to find product to complete their home projects. They always seem to be well stocked in product as well. So it's always a pleasurable experience whenever I need to go to the Home Depot to shop. The Garden center personnel are the best, they are very knowledgeable about landscaping and they even load your car. Thanks you Home Depot for all you do for your customers !!!!

The associates I dealt with were all excellent, Izaiah, Jack, and Christina, and answered any questions I had and made the purchase easy and a good choice. Good choices and easy to find what I needed.

If you need to find an item, look it up on your phone, and the website will tell you aisle and bay where the item should be. This is something that the competitors do not do. Also, when it is time to checkout, you almost never wait. There are enough self-checkouts to keep the customers flowing.

Great employees.

Had to buy a new stove, found a gem of a salesman at the Home Depot store. Use to have his own appliance business, and now in his "retirement" he works at Home Depot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. If you need help, look for Mr. Dean.

The store is organized and has associates to help. Most impressively, they have a number of self checkout counters that make checking out a breeze. When I use the competitor down the road, I find myself waiting in line. At this Depot, I almost never have to wait in a line, and have never waited behind more than one other customer. Plus, there is always an associate there to help with the self checkout should anything arise.

Magie in hardware knows her products and is extremely knowledgeable. I was blown away with her information on / in her area

I normally don't need help often in the store. I can state here that the helpfulness and employee attitude of the Easton Store has improved greatly over the last year. As a Builder; I will go out of my way NOT to shop the Allentown store ( rt.145 & us 22 ) for just that reason. It's nice to add this location to my "go" list for parts, etc.; as the job's needs may require.

Leslie from flooring was a great help to me with my questions I had with my purchase she was very knowledgeable with everything I will definitely be coming back for her help I will be coming back for purchasing other flooring leslie was a professional and knowledgeable with everything I asked her she made me feel comfortable with my purchase and because of her I will be back for more purchases please keep leslie she is great

Customer service rep at self check out seemed overwhelmed and there were only two customers checking out. No one greater me as I entered the store. No one asked if I needed assistance finding an item.

Level of service by employees is unmatched. Great shopping experience and wealth of experience solving issues and projects.

This store always has what I need, and, the pricing is right. The associates are almost always cheerful and more than willing to assist finding something or making a recommendation. One thing that always stands out is that when an associate is not helping a customer, he/she is "neatening" the shelves, so that the store is always neat and clean.

Salesperson Dave helped me find what I was looking for and explained that all sizes and products are not always in the store but he was able to substitute a product for me.

The associates were extremely helpful finding a tub I needed and got an extra cart for me. Even at 10 minutes to closing time, the loaded was still working and helped me load. Checking out at Lumber was great..fast..and checkout associate gave me a small box for my glue.

Janelle in customer service is AWESOME!!!! She found what I was looking for at another store when the Easton store was out of the item. She looked on your website then tracked one down at another store and is having it delivered. All this work for a $10 magnetic hook. That truly is pride in serving others.....

The only part if this store that I would HIGHLY recommend is the Flooring Department. They are AMAZING and go above and beyond when we purchased about $10,000 worth of flooring and supplies over 2 separate purchase dates. Kudos to that team and THANK YOU!
