I drove into town in order to get some electrical parts needed for a job. Carol at the check out was really friendly and efficient.

The employees are busy, but never too busy to ask if you need help, if you’re finding what you’re looking for, or just to say hi.

The associates give you insight to your projects which might be helpful to accomplish your project with ease.

Sam, Amy, and Nathan helped load all of our extensive quantities of product with a smile! Early morning pickup and they were very helpful!

wherever you are in this store there is always an employee asking if you need help. I have had them go clear across the store to help me find an item, they are cheerful and great to talk to.

I have been to Home Depot stores in other towns, the one we visit in Elko is the friendliest and easiest to navigate.

After spending hundreds of dollars at this location every single year, management refused to refund me for their mistake: a card reader error charged my card twice and despite showing them multiple printed records from my bank proving the dual charge, I was still not given my money back. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and will not return to shop here.

I was looking for a refrigerator that had more fridge room and less freezer capacity, as I have a large chest freezer and never seem to have enough fridge space. I also needed the refrigerator to fit in a certain size space. Your employees (two of them) pulled out a couple of fridges and measured them to be certain that they would fit in my kitchen. Thank you for all your assistance.

Spent about four 500 bucks today, I was looking for the Milwaukee kit the impact wrench battery and charger bag combo website said they were five in stock but there were none when I asked the associate, so I ended up buying a Dewalt

Can't express the greatness more of how everytime I shop there I get awesome customer service, of course there's that one day, but I assure you the next visit will prove I'm correct. Elko store rocks!

Home Depot has always been a great store, i luv goin shopping there, but I wish they had a grocery an clothes store then i would diffently live there, most likely, 24/7

The store over all is getting better with customer service thou the shelves are never stocked. The flooring area is the worst. Staff state unable to get supplied

I had an employee, a young man named Jaren in the door hardware row that was eager to help me. I need a new door handle for my storm door. He walked me right up to that section and made suggestions if I need one that had a key lock or no key lock. I said a key lock is what I wanted and he handed it to me and also said the price is $15,45 so I knew what I was paying. It was so nice to have Jaren be there and so very helpful and it only took a few minutes to get exactly what I needed.

Everytime I've come to the elko home depot everyone that I've asked for help has always been courteous friendly. To the very beat of their knowledge consistently met all of my inquiries and for defected purchases, never had any issues returning product for either a refund or exchanges. I love our Elko home depot store.

I have been dealing with Trinity for more than 6 months. I would highly suggest that any customer who wants to make sure that everything is perfect The last detail goes directly to the pro desk and specifically ask for Trinity. She gets every detail perfect every single time. Hats off to somebody who really enjoys their job and actually does their job 100% thoroughly because it seems impossible to find any type of customer service in the entire state of Nevada. Trinity keep doing what you're doing you will become the manager of that store!
