I had to give one star because the option to give zero was not available. I am still waiting for my return that has not been applied to my account despite being told twice by the store manager and once by customer representative on the phone that I would be refunded my money.

After getting my refund for a slip on tub faucet, i got weed eater line and went to the cash register to pay. I was then approached by a hostile manager and told rudely to leave the store or he'd call the police. i had money in my wallet and my product in my hand and they thought i stole something. Overall terrible store.

Despite the difficult times we are all going through the managers and employees are doing their absolute best to make our lives easier and to help us in the best way they can!

We bought flooring and the representative was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to recommend flooring types and showed us the ease of some different installations. She was amazing and friendly. The customer service representative we encountered at the customer service desk was absolutely rude and was a disgrace to the store. We encountered her over a question on our receipt and she was extremely rude, raised her voice and made a scene resulting in an embarrassment and us having to leave because it was embarrassing, rude and the conversation was not going anywhere.

Very poor customer service!

Store is crowed and disorganized. Third time dealing with issues on online purchases I store, no accountability. Store did not honor return process as stated by online CSR. I am done with Home Depot

Pay close attention what you buy online. The folks filling orders are not precise and make many mistakes.

It is always pleasant to go into this store. Always find what I need, and workers are friendly and helpful.

Went in to the store looking for some supply for work, I needed some help and the employees were more than happy to help me. store was clean and cashiers were friendly.

Marcelo in appliances is incredibly efficient, careful and caring! I can tell he truly loves his occupation and does everything he can to do what's right for the customer. I made a huge purchase, regretted it and came in late in the day to cancel and exchange for other products and he was so knowledgeable and friendly about the process and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes all while feeling confident about my choice of appliances and the purchase as a whole. On a side note, the refund from the exchange was also processed with utmost speed and deposited back into my account the very next day. Very, VERY satisfied with this purchase!

store was nice you need more matching washer and dryer sets.

The one thing I really dislike about this store is all the displays, pallets of merchandise in the middle of the floor waiting for someone to put it on the shelves and ladders sitting in front the products on the shelves. It makes it very hard to maneuver. The only reason. I recommend it is because Ace is the only other hardware store around.

Great customer service! I highly recommend downloading the app. You can search for everything you need. It'll even tell you exactly where it is in the store.

Great store and employees

Not alot of items stocked in this store. FORGET about applicances. The other day, I couldn't even get an Infrared RED heat bulb. Clear was all they had and the price was outrageous at that. Cannot recommend this store until more items are consistently stocked.

Employees do not want to help you if it is too late in the day. If you plan to shop do it before 8:00 PM apparently they have better things to do than to take your money.

Decent prices on tools, lumber etc. Employees are generally friendly. Store is generally clean & organized. It would be helpful to have more than 1 checkout (other than self checkout) open at a time. Sometimes the line gets pretty long. Selection is sometimes frustrating in this store. They don't carry a lot of the stuff you would expect. I look things up on the HD website then find out the store here doesn't have it. It has to be specially ordered & shipped in. Like most other Home Depot stores, if you need help with something, you have to track down somebody to help you. Overall, not a bad store for such a rural & relatively isolated community.

If you need something, find Marcelo! He knows his stuff and is always willing to help! He will make everything easier for you and be your best friend!

The store has improved greatly over the past years. I used to hate going to the store but it was the “only show in town”. Management has improved and the store is more friendly and helpful.

This store always has knowledgeable associates and you generally do not have a hard time finding one either. The store has everything we need or want there and stuff we didn’t know we needed!

Great staff. Very friendly, very helpful. Bought ceramic floor tile and they spent a lot of time helping me pick out something that would fit the decor of my home and match existing 15 year old tile. At the last minute they found one that was less than half my budget so I am extremely pleased with the experience.

The associate in plumbing went above and beyond her role to help me make sure I got everything I needed on my fixed amount of money I had.
