Excellent staff. Always helpful.

The store was neat, clean well stocked and organized. Any product that may not have been there was likely due to the impact of the pandemic. Great staff, good management, which resulted in a good shopping experience.

All the employees were standing groups chatting. When you went up to them to ask for help, they seemed very confused and did not want to help you find what you were looking for. However, The cashier, Shawn, in the garden area was very helpful and used his resources to help us find what we were looking for.

Store is always clean and employees are very very polite and respectful!!!

The nursery area was very well stocked with many plants and herbs and vegetables available. Tammy, the cashier was very friendly and helpful at checkout.

Jessica at self check out was awesome. Friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get checked out.

If you're building a fence, talk to Rachelle. She knows what she's doing and is competent and will see your order through from start to finish. I'm sure every department there (and every customer) would like to clone her. Good help is hard to find, so I hope they keep her around.

In general, my shopping experience at store #3320 is pleasant and efficiently completed. I try to avoid weekends and holidays when there are many shoppers who only come to Home Depot occasionally. They don't know where anything is and presumably don't know to ask. There used to be helpers at the shopping cart area who would ask if they could help you find anything. That was wonderful. Now there seem to be many employees watering the plants, being trained(?) and rushing from one place to another, discouraging interruption. I usually know what I want and, in general where to find it. All employees, when found, are very helpful. At times, I have had to look as far as the lumber department to ask about a tool or a garden chemical. That person has helped me either find the un-findable or let me know I would need to go to the website. All appreciated. This particular Veterans' Day holiday weekend, it was a madhouse. I'm going back to weekDAYS!

The cashiers are friendly and kind. I miss the masks, but I'll be alright. The manager, Autumn or Summer or something like that helped me out real well.

This is hands down the best Home Depot I ever shopped. Help is always close and given with caring attitude. Across all departments. They go above and beyond to ensure you find what you need at the best price. Being an older woman I appreciate knowing I will not be taken advantage of or treated less than their big customers. They are my Toys R Us!

The only reason I would recommend this store is because there is no where else to go that isn't 4 hours away. Customer service is terrible. Employees never know where products are and any order we place takes forever and ends up getting lost in their system.

I went in today to purchase a washer and dryer pair, the sales associate told me there were none to purchase and I would have to order, it would take 8 weeks for the order to arrive. I told the associate I also needed to purchase cabinets for my laundry room, after the order for the appliances was completed the associate walked away, I waited in the cabinets section for 10 minutes trying to find anyone interested in helping me get the cabinets I need. Nobody showed any interest and the associate I spoke to was no where to be found. I left the store very unhappy with the level of service I was given.

We are new to the area and am happy to have had many positive interactions with the local Elko Home Depot. The lumber, paint, cashiers, appliances and front end departments have all been very helpful and friendly.

Need to pay more and give decent schedules and hours to retain good employees that have good customer service and know the store and products

Courtney in the flooring department was very courteous, patient and extremely helpful with assisting and choosing proper products for our flooring needs. It was nice to be given time and see a happy face in these times that COVID-19 has challenged to all of us.

I found the store clean and organized, and the employees friendly and very helpful. This was especially welcoming considering it was the day after Christmas.

Exceptional help from the employees, plenty of options provided the smaller sized building than other Home Depot’s. Clean and well kept otherwise.

Friendly staff, they have mostly everything needed for a remodel in stock at this location. Employees are knowledgeable.

I would recommend the Elko Home Depot to anyone needing to work on any time of project whether that is restoring furniture or building something new. They have their shelves stocked, their prices are fair, and their staff is friendly and helpful.
