I needed 2 screw extractors and they were in the shelf to a reduced price of $2.03, when the cashier scanned it showed $0.01 so he left to other scanner and then come back with a supervisor who said she would not sell it to me, I said I really needed them but she didn’t care and just throw one on the table and said she would give one only and left with the other one (the one I really needed most); I don’t need you to give me anything for free, just charge me what it says in the tag $2.03 and let me continue with my work day but in this case I had to go somewhere else and loose a lot more time for something already had found. That woman who is the supervisor there is really rude.

I love the big nursery garden stores but they are too expensive now. The Everette location has a decent garden section and I find the staff always pleasant and helpful. Most plants are in good condition, some do show a bit of wear but most recover well at home. The pot selection, especially larger, colorful quality plastic pots has declined in choice from recent years.

I was sent from the Chelsea store to get a specific paver I was looking for . The Chelsea store had only 4 and I need 14 so they looked up where else had them and sent me to Somerville . When I got to Somerville store. I did not see them out on the floor so I asked Santini and she graciously found a pallet out back and her and rain helped me load them and push them to check out . Thanks again girls . #girlpower

I have used Home Depot for do it yourself projects for 50 years. Of all the things I admire, the salespeople are the best: knowledgeable, friendly, available. Thanks! Peter

I was recently at Home Depot in Everett. It is not my favorite Home Depot because its selection is more geared towards city living and normally doesn’t supply what I need. I’m a small business in the area and often need things to maintain it. I often have to travel far away to acquire what I need however, this time I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from an Employee. This encounter was not in ordinary encounter. Dorothy is a soft-spoken, kind, elderly woman. I had an issue that was beyond the scope of my knowledge so when I went to Home Depot in Everett, i was looking for the help of someone in plumbing to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this employee was not able to help me , however on my way out I met Dorothy. She had no experience in the area of expertise I neede. This did not stop her. We then figured out how to resolve my issue and she had saved me hundreds if not, thousands of dollars. Never judge a book by its cover, Thank you Dorothy for your help, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Home Depot is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I bought and LG washer dryer that leaked from Day 1, which I reported, and after 48 hours, Home Depot refused to deal with it. On the THIRD visit, LG sent a single guy, who couldn't move it, and refused to work on it. He then claimed that I would have to hire movers to move the washer/dryer in and out of the closet every time they came back to work on it. Home Depot – when you want leaks in your home, and flood the condo below.

Since 2003 I've been using Everett Store for my needs as much as I can, and have no regrets. Bob at pro-desk was friendly help whenever I was looking for help, because I was just starting in construction. Now, Eleni has been wonderful.

today i was using the self-service in Everett MA and one cashier named "Tina" accused me to stilling material, she jumped over me and rough crabbed the received from machine to check hoe many items i payed ..after she she all items was payed no even said sorry, was horrible and embarrassing...never had the experience like that

I came here to buy a lawn mower and they helped every step of the way.

The sink and faucet that way I want it. Not too fancy and fit with my budget. Perfect !!

Everyone is nice, despite no working/not enough price checkers they are willing to help out.

Bought a washer from Home Depot (HD) online. When the delivery crew delivered the washer to my house yesterday, they said I didn't pay for the haul away and the hoses. I thought I did but anyway I said I'll call HD to pay for the haul away + the hoses. I asked them not to bring in the new washer until I set things straight with HD. But the delivery guy said it's more troublesome to return the washer to the warehouse. He suggested bringing it into my house and he/his crew will come back to haul away the old one and connect the new washer with the hoses once I talked to HD. I let them do so believing that they will come back after I called HD. They left and I called HD but was told that HD does not provide washer installation service nor haul-away service. They offered to give me $200 credit back but I said that meant I had to find 2 movers and 1 plumber to move away the old washer from the basement, bring the new washer from the 1st-floor kitchen to the basement, and connect the new one. I didn't want to go through these hassles so I asked to return the washer. But HD said if I return it, I will be charged $150 since the washer is not damaged. I was very upset. Who will buy a washer from a company that does not provide haul-away and installation services? The lesson I learned, is don't let the delivery crew bring in any big appliance bought from HD until you are 100% certain that HD will send them back to haul away the old appliance and connect the new one for you!

I purchased sheet vinyl flooring that I am very happy with.

Andrea who is one of the managers is a wonderful asset and her service is what brought me to the store. Her level of service and dedication is the reason I frequent the store. This store is not the closest to my home, but the way I am treated and the work environment fostered there makes all the difference.

Shantini in flooring was very helpful to me. Knowledgeable about the products and services. Asked me the right questions to find out what would be the best fit for me and my project. Gave suggestions, respected my price point, and ultimately helped me with what I needed.

What i love about home depot is purchasing an item and I know if it does not workout or if there is an issue? I can return it no hassle, no long waits in service desk.

Electrical session with many products missing and disorganized. It says it has it in the store through the app and I go to the store, it doesn't have it.

Late Sunday morning 5/1/22 at the Everett Massachusetts Home Depot. Henrique, covering the storage department, and Gianna, I believe she was the head cashier, went above and beyond to verify a price for me and drop the items with a fork lift. They both assisted me while being harassed by an obnoxious and disrespectful woman. They were extremely attentive and kind to her although she didn’t deserve it. As a show of support for them, I rolled my eyes, and they still maintain professionalism and didn’t really acknowledge my eye rolling. All the while being extremely professional and attentive to helping me. As a former employee of Home Depot at home services, I believe they’re both being underutilized. They were 180° opposite of Home Depot’s widespread reputation of being understaffed and unknowledgeable. Give them a raise, or at least let them know that a customer appreciated them with his “storage bins”, that should let them know who I am!
