Aldo and Hugo were very friendly - so friendly that I am still sitting in the parking lot filling this out because I didn’t want to forget to recognize them!

I would like to give a shout out to Lori in the appliance Department... she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best product I was looking to purchase. She does her job and she does it well.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Everett Home Depot. I was warmly greeted by an employee who relinquished a carriage to me that he had gotten for himself. Then, after receiving prompt directions to the area I was looking for, an employee working in that aisle offered assistance without prompting, located the product and made sure I had enough of what I needed. I was very impressed at the level of kind assistance I received here. Great stuff - keep up the great work!

Sunday night, very close to closing. Yusef was incredibly helpful with a complicated lumber need. Two thumbs up.

All the employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Our kitchen designer was very attentive and met with us several times to make sure we got what we needed. The In-store experience was great. The reason this was only 4 stars is, delivery date was not met, and automatically scheduled by the system. When we called the delivery telephone number to get more information about it there was no opportunity to speak to a real person to get more information.

AL 2 RENTAL DEPARTMENT - We were very lucky to find AL to help us with our shopping as well as transferring our new plant to the pot. He did an incredible job. Thanks AL

upon going to this sore I needed to find material and assistance with a small project. Al from tool rental was the man for the job. He was very helpful and knowledgable and eager to complete my small project. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.

Just went in this store today and while I never leave reviews I thought that I needed to say how great Carl was in the flooring department. Carl listened to all of our questions and provided very thoughtful answers and directed us to a range of products that might suit our needs. He ended up cutting some black-out shades for us which I just installed. They were perfectly cut to the millimeter. Thanks for a great experience today and for so patiently working with us while we thought about all of the possible fixes we were considering. Thanks Carl!

The store was clean the signs were well put so it was easy to figure out which aisle I needed to go through. Not only was the staff helpful and friendly but quite surprisingly the bathroom was very clean.

the store is really convenient for me, it close to where I live. I love shopping there, however their employees need to be in the same page, some of their staff are good employees really trying to be helpful, but some really need some extra training. for that reason I give them a three star.

This store is convenient to get to however they don't seem to have a full product selection compared to the Somerville store. It would be nice to see some new products and less dust on products that have been sitting. Over all a good store.

This store has better and more inventory comparing to Chelsea.

Not enough help , and store was not busy. Needed help for someone to put the tile boxes in the car but nobody was around. Customer had to help to put them in my car.

this particular store has very helpful staff. I have been consistently satisfied with the help I have received. I'm just an ordinary guy, so I need all the help I can get. Whoever hires and trains their staff deserves to be noticed. Service of this quality is not very common these days.

The last two trips I made to the Everett home depot went very well. I had to go to customer service each time once to order an item and the second trip to return an item. Thanks to Donna Miller and Therese DeAngelo. They were both helpful and friendly and made things easy for me.

Great place for a novice...staff provides great direction.
