Lisha, the electrical department head was exceptional. She helped me to find products, explained how to use them and was critical to my success in completing the project. I am beyond grateful to her for her above and beyond customer service and industry knowledge.

Finally a Home Depot that is female friendly, as a woman builder I often need help and this home depot hs everything that other home depots do not have. The help is always friendly and talented in their respective areas. Also the store is very clean, perfectly laid out and well stocked!

The best service I have ever received here! I came to purchase a box to ship something back to a company. I went to look to help in your home depot dept. Bill in the paint dept., was the first person I saw. My box height needed to be 30". The boxes were still too short but Bill had a brilliant idea. He helped me combine two boxes, used his tools to cut the sides, folded them, & taped them up very securely. Bill volunteered to assist me. I hope he gets employee of the month!! Thank you so much, Bill!

Not going there again

I get the feeling my home-town home-depot is a bit... Content. Things have been the same since I was a child, and there's not a lot of innovation to create an environment, where. "If you have a problem" "It'll get solved walking into this home depot" My father has stormed out on many occasion angry he could not find, or accomplish a goal. TRY HARDER HOME-DEPOT EVERETT. LOVE YOU GUYS

Store is clean and workers are very helpful but alot of items are not in stock in the plant department who ever is in charge of ordering needs to get up top of it!

Associate in the smoke detector dept was very helpful.

Do no EVER try to get wall to wall carpet installed by these people. You will live to regret it.

This store even though it did not have on site the specific item I was looking for, (they were sold out) was very clean, the employees were excellent and the whole process from beginning to end was fairly quick

Employees are above & beyond helpful & patient at the Everett location. If items are not in stock, they're always willing to check other local HD inventory. Maybe it sounds silly to have a favorite Home Depot, (there are at least 4 within 20 mins drive for me) but I do & it's this one!

The most helpful an courteous employees in The cleanest and most organized home depot I've ever seen. As a bonus, they actual have everything they advertise as having.

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had at this Home Depot in Everett, They did not have all the items I was looking for but took the time to show me how to find them on the Home Depot web site. I totally understood that the store can not possibly carry every item in existence and once they showed me how to find the items I wanted on the web site they also showed me other similar items that I could use as well. Anything I wanted on line could be shipped to the store for pickup which was perfect for me. Thanks

The cashier did not honor my military discount. The cashiers supervisor explained that the item I was purchasing (a $75 outdoor Christmas light display)"Must not qualify for the discount" because "the computer would let us give you the discount if it was eligible". Then she added that the discount isn't eligible for certain purchases like bulk items, I looked at her, and I looked at the single lawn ornament I had on the register, and asked her if this was a bulk purchase. She stated no, I asked her if she could provide me with a brochure or printed document explaining the military appreciation program, and she told me they do not have a document they can give me. I told the supervisor that this was the first time in over 25 years of shopping at Home Depot that my military discount wasn't honored. Basically I think you need to revamp your military discount program and make it consistent across the nation. There should be very clear rules and guidelines for the staff to use to help them give the discount, or you should just eliminate the discount all together and lower your prices, hey that's your choice, but the fact that I couldn't get a discount on a silly lawn ornament is my basic complaint. Additionally, the person in charge of the front line didn't make an effort to explain why my purchase did not qualify, or simply for her to override the register and look into it for future customers. There has to be a computer glitch, but, I felt dismissed at this store. I think I'll go to to the store that rhymes with mows from now on

The trainer and trainee duo, salesperson KFA178B, were awesome in helping me out setting up the order through the phone and completing it with everything that was requested of them. And the next day, picking up the order was a breeze also with them there. I really appreciate their effort. They went well above and beyond for me. 5 star service!

store representative/employees are so helpful and kind.

I love going there because one of the store associate Waijer speaks Chinese. It's so much easier to send my parents who don't speak English to go there because he is always so willing to help. Literally, the first thing we went into the store was to make sure Waijer was there.

Store was clean and employees were great! They were very attentive, answering all my questions and assisting me with several decisions. Someone stayed with me throughout the shopping experience until all transactions were satisfactorily completed.
