The head cashier Kristina in the front end was so helpful she helped me find what I needed and saved me money by opening a Home depot credit card! She had great energy!

One of the sales people Sydney Murray in appliances was outstanding! She spent over 45 minutes helping helping my wife select the best fridge for the price for our apartment. Absoultely one of the best and nicest people you will deal with.

The store was VERY CLEAN, the products were EASY TO FIND, the store employees are VERY ATTENTIVE, and HELPFUL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE...ALL my questions were answered....I came out of the store KNOWING MORE, about the products for my projects that i went in for, and the items that I needed to purchase to complete my project.....KUDOS to Home Depot for CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, AND, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!.....THANKS FOR THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!

Guy from the Pro Desk counter is awesome. He is amazing. My wife and I needed to buys many bags of concrete and rocks but they are heavy. Each of them weighed about 60 lbs. Guy personally delivered them to us. Unbelievable customer service! We are long time shoppers at this Home Depot but the customer service that Guy gave us was definitely above and beyond. We will continue shopping at this Home Depot because of Guy.

I live in Revere, but I prefer to buy in Everett-MA the care I had in the Rental Tool department was extremely very well qualified. I was attended by the employee named AL, who gave me all the attention and care in explaining what I really needed. home depot are gratulation by having excellent customer service with efficient staff! thank you

I shopped at the Everett Home Depot in Massachusetts. Brady, Sandra, and Mouhamadou gave great customer service skills. There were no lines because they did their job efficiently. Their were skilled, polite and well mannered. It made shopping in a very busy store a pleasure.

This store must have recently had some management change for the better. I have noticed a positive shift in the readily available associates. In the past I would have to hunt someone down and usually it wasn't anyone from that department. I would get answers like it's not my department. I will page someone if they don't come it's probably because there on break. But the last several visit were entirely opposite. I also noticed the Isles seem to be a lot cleaner and well stocked. I was shopping this store a few day before Christmas and a associated not from the department he was assigned went out of his way to get what I needed. Also he handed me a Merry Christmas Card. I believe he purchased with his own Money. He took the time to personally wright a few words of Cheer and Signed and seal it in an envelope. I noticed his pocket was filled with them. I stopped at another Depot location later that evening and no other associates greeted me with a Card. that's why I think I found someone truly hoping to inspire good will to all. I have been trying to find the card so I can get his name I have something that I hand crafted to give him to show my appreciation.

This past summer, we took on what was possibly our most challenging garden and landscaping project to date. We had just over a week to accomplish everything from asphalt removal to the ordering and installation of sod. Because of the scale of the project, we were intimidated and unsure if we could take it on ourselves. We walked into the Everett Home Depot not knowing where to begin. We were directed to the Pro department, and met by the Pro supervisor Guy Legrand. Instead of responding with skepticism, Guy was reassuring and tact in his speech, letting us know everything we’d need down to the topsoil. We needed to return to Home Depot twice to ask more questions and interchange tools we rented. Each time, we were met with the same adroitness and outstanding customer service. We never felt as though we were being a bother with our questions. In this way, Guy guided us through the completion of our project. As hoped, we finished on budget and on time, with enough time to spare to enjoy a day off. Within two weeks, the children of our school had a thriving lawn and garden to play in. We are beyond grateful and the children, much like the garden, are thriving in the space Guy and the Everett Home Depot helped us to create.

GE washer leaked water all over floor from below when first filled. Called HD store immediately to report. Shuffled around through phone system, told story to two people, then told I needed to call 1-800-homedepot. Did that and was directed to GE repair web site. Made GE repair appt. Repairman never showed up. Went back to store to start refund process. Was informed that I needed to do this within 48 hours - which luckily I did! Poor product. Poor service. What more is there to say. I'll go elsewhere.

I highly recommend this Home Depot. The associates are all very friendly, helpful, and willing to take time for their customers. After some disappointing experiences elsewhere and continued excellent service here, I continue to make this my go-to hardware store even though I have others that are closer to where I live.

Stay away! While there are some really good employees like Jim Curley in flooring, the management of this store is unresponsive. I walked out feeling like my business was not at all valued after spending hours there. The estimate provided was nowhere near the actual price charged. It was really like a bait and switch tactic. I was ordering regular decking, none of which was in stock. I will never enter this store again never mind do business here. This was a really horrible experience. Jim Curley spent hours with me putting together a special order then we headed to the Pro Desk to place the order. Avoid the Pro Desk at all costs. Guy, the man at the desk, was working with 3-4 customers at a time, none of which received his full attention or service. The price of materials went up over $1000 . I spent 6 hours there for this one order and walked out unhappy. They tried to ease the pain by giving me a less than 10% discount. UGH.! Will try the Chelsea or Saugus, MA store.

Poor customer service, one person will tell you something and the other will say a different thing , very very disappointed at this location the cashier named Pattina were not helpful at all and would not honor a delivery date that her colleague had gave me when I was placing the order,,.
