I bought a microwave

The help we received was very good. The assistance we relied was helpful and friendly. We would return to HomeDepot in the future. We have not received our purchase at this time, but I expect to be pleased.

Excellent customer service

I was looking for an item that was on sale but not on the shelf so the customer service employee got me a discount on the next more expensive model. Great service I will do all my home building needs at the Farmington Home Depot

I researched stoves at three stores in Farmington. Home Depot carried the widest selection, gave the most information and handled the sale smoothly.

We were shopping for a new washer and dryer at the Farmington, NM store and had a salesperson that wash a breath of fresh air. Cathy Oliver knew what she was doing and went on and above to make the sale.

It’s not only difficult to get an employee assistance, when you do get assistance, everything takes a very long time

My delivery service works with my schedule.

I've had returns without issue, in-store pick-ups that went perfectly, getting employee help in finding products not yet on the shelf, and other in-store help. Everything was right, professional, and timely.

The refund and pickup area is poorly set up to allow free flow of traffic and is often under staffed. Waited 29 min to return one item when only one customer ahead.

Stay away - poor customer service, rude employees.

Recently I interacted with Rena at the service desk. She was prompt to greet me and find my order. She's a gem.

My husband and I were assisted by a competent, capable young man that helped us find what we wanted for our closet. The Prepac shoes organizer was available only online. The associate ordered it for us.

I recently bought a home in a different state across the country from where I am from. As a newcomer, my radar is at a peak to find the right stores and service providers to do business with and buy from. The friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful service from Judy in the paint department will keep me coming back; because I expect to have that same experience in other departments based on my needs.

Won’t go back til they rehire cashiers. They have self checkouts and only cashiers in lumber and garden only! Nope! Not for me!!!
