I love shopping at the Home Depot here in Farmington New Mexico! The employees are kind understanding patient and pretty much knowledgeable of their products. And if they do not know something, they are more than willing to find someone that does

Very kind and helpful employees, but on a busy Saturday they might want to get a few more big carts at the construction doors cause we had to wait for one for quite a while!

Cathy was the sales associate that answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in the large appliance department. She took the time I needed. So, I signed up for the washer and dryer I selected. But, I also wanted to buy a floor lamp and I have trouble lifting much weight. She offered to help me get it to my car trunk. The floor lamp is a Hampton Bay brand which is a much better quality than others I've found. The quality of products here are better than other places, if you want to go to a brick and mortar place.

Lots of tools to look at and nice environment to shop in. I just wish this location had more tool holders/tool sheaths that were available to a specific tool. Over all good store, would shop here again for my carpentry needs.

I have been very satisfied with the store every since it opened in this town. For the most part the cost and selection of the things that I need for my mobile home are very good. The staff is usually very helpful to me and answers most of my questions. If not they will help me to find someone to help. No one has every been rude to me or refused to help.

The store is always clean!! I always find what I am looking for !! I make sure I go looking for a sales person if there are none around the area(department) I am at !! How are they going to know if you need help or not !! The Farmington store is a pleasant and convenient place to shop and acquire the items we need.

I had to chase down employees to help me. Nobody would help me spend $700 on an evaporative cooler! I finally took a picture of what I wanted with the bar code and took it to customer service. Using that, she took my money. We came back to get it. The aisles were so full of displays in the middle that one lady with a cart with long PVC pipes joked that she couldn’t get out. Customer service was terrible. They lost our evaporative cooler while I waited by lumber for over an hour. We finally got it home, and it was dented and rusting! Unbelievable.

The associates are not very friendly they walk right by you without acknowledge you

Every time we have been in this particular Home Depot, We have had issues with employees not knowing how to ordering in the system, or being told they don't have something and we look around and they do, or being told they won't sell pad by the foot, which it's priced for. We bought thousands of dollars worth of tile, carpet, padding, and appliances. Unfortunately this is the closest store to us in New Mexico other wise we would shop at a different one.
