Always clean and organized. All your employees are outstanding, however Virginia definitely stands out amongst her peers. She is always helpful, has a great knowledge of store items and department layouts, always smiling, with an extremely pleasant disposition. Brings a smile to my face even on my stressful days.

Thanks for the help Virginia and Bradley. We didn't find the carpet trimmer blades for my Robert's 10-616 carpet trimmer but thanks for trying. It is a specialized blade that comes with the tool but not sold individually packages of 20 or 50. I do appreciate the attempt to locate them.

Very friendly and professional staff. Although you didn't have the 100 foot, 20 amp extension cord in stock...but it is VERY rare that I don't find what I am looking for.

This store falsely advertises that they offer a Military Discount! $0.33 on a purchase of $131.25 is an insult!! If Home Depot is so broke or GREEDY that they can't offer a realist discount for Veterans, then don't advertise that you do!! I will go out of my way to tell every person I come in contact with, especially the veterans and active duty personnel here and every where I can, about your idea of Military Appreciation!

All employees I asked for help knew where to find the item.

Sub par when it comes to customer engagement and service. Their aisles are almost always blocked with something- carts, ladders, product etc. I like their self checkout equipment.

we tried to ask for help and every person we ask was so pushy they didn't want to do there job but the cashier was nice she helped us out and the restroom was so dirty dont feel like going to this store and I would tell people about my experience

The Farmington Home Depot is the best place for all of us home improvement weekend warriors. It's not the products, it's the customer service that makes it great.

Employees are lazy and avoid you if you're native, it's expected here especially in Farmington. Waited over 20 minutes just to get some assistance, luckily we did.

The Home Depo store in our town has employees that are so pleasant to talk to and very helpful. It's like a great hometown feeling talking to them. I've actually been more motivated to purchase products due to the hard-working employees. It's also no hassle returns and that is business strong for us.
