Customer service was poor; we made a purchase to hold till the next day so we could bring a truck to pick it up. They sold it out from under us even though we had already paid for the product. All they did was offer a refund..

I have been a Home Depot customer for decades. This was by far the worst shopping experience. The quality of two employees was seriously lacking.

When I went the first time to home depot to get paint, the young guy was very friend. Went out of his way to help me and my daughter to get the paint that we need I gave him the picture and the number., he started to work on it. I was very impressed by him. That first time, Then, we went to the the garden center, the rose bush was set up nice. The store was clean.

One employee was not customer friendly. He just pointed and told me what aisle to find the item. Breeze was called by customer service to help and was such a kind and helpful man! He made sure all pieces fit and would work together. I failed to get the name of the guy that did NOT assist me! CUSTOMER SERVICE is always number one in my book!! When I worked in a plumbing business, my boss always told us this!! If there is no service you have no customers! Thank you

I can't believe the patience Virginia showed with the customer before me at the service desk. He was a pain in the rear with her and she kept her smile. I was losing my patience waiting behind him. I couldn't do her job.

Worst customer service in town. No greeting let alone a simple acknowledgment. Employees busy talking about relationships and drinking rather than acknowledging customers, not to mention they tell you that something isn’t available in the store and can only be ordered online but you end up finding what you were looking for there at the store after 15 minutes of searching by yourself.
