Windred helped us choose an electric mower for our new house. He was knowledgeable & able to help us compare between brands. We also inherited crabgrass with the house, so He helped us find lawncare items & items to protect again pests as well. Some of the items that we needed were on sale, so that was even more of a plus. I am always happy with the selection and service at this THD (that implies great management to me!), but Erris my cashier really made my last visit one of the best! His great attitude is still making me smile a week later.

We purchased a Frigidaire basic dishwasher at the Florissant Home Depot Store at Lindbergh and New Halls Ferry road. We are extremely happy with this quiet, yet efficient dishwasher. Our dishes, etc. especially our glasses, came out sparkling clean and dry. We are extremely happy with our new dishwasher.

I have been at this store 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time anyone I asked for help was able to assist me and get me to the correct aisle without fail. On my most recent visit I had a special request and had to see the manager, Anthony, and he was able to assist me and went above and beyond my expectations. Anthony and his employees are the reason I will continue to shop here and recommend his store to others.

Any time I have visited this store I have received great customer service from the employees. I highly recommend it.

I purchased a LG side by side refrigerator, a smart wi-fi oven and a microwave.

We were looking for a new dishwasher. We went directly to that department and was greeted by salesperson, Laquitta Saunders. She directed us to the dishwashers. We picked out the one we wanted and she proceeded to check us out. We had to change registers because of a problem. That was the only problem we had. Laquitta was super friendly and very helpful.

One of my favorite Home Depots. Stocked shelves, clean, with knowledgeable friendly associates.

The employee by the name Angel , was a great help, very kind and helpful thoughtful and generous to my search for the right product I needed. She didn’t get frustrated and pass me off to another worker. She even went as far as getting me a discount for being a great Customer.

Recently, I visited one of The Home Depot‘s competitors within minutes. I was able to determine that this company treated their employees with very little respect, the employees were simply not happy. The employees would not make Eye-To-Eye contact and seem to be irritated because I was asking questions. But whenever I walk into a Home Depot store, I’m greeted at the door with a smile, I ask for assistant I get a smile, even when my business is done money in the till I’m checking out, I get smile. Only way to make Home Depot better if they put one right next-door to my home!

I had a pick up which turned out to be a pick up/return/reorder and was waited on by Arianna today. She was so super helpful. Wonderful to have such great customer service, especially these days! Great job Home Depo, Hire a few hundred more like her!

It is really good to see the improvements that have been made here. The shelves are full and well stocked, not empty and scattered.

I had to purchase all major appliances. Laquita was very thorough and made the experience very pleasant.

The items I went in for were in stock and appeared exactly as they had on the Home Depot web site.
