Great service by Velma cashier check out!!

If you want some great customer service and need a washer and/or dryer go to the appliance dept and ask for James. He is very helpful and very nice. You cant miss him he is VERY TALL lol. And knows what he is talking about.

I would like if you all sold more welding tools. LIke high performance die grinders, welding wedges, tig tungsten holders, etc... It would be nice to get some of these items at Home Depot instead of having to go to a specialty stores.

Anthony was awesome in assisting me with my product repair.

My Home Depot shopping was as always, a productive accomplishment.

I have shopped at Home Depot for a number of years but not this location as it was simply not a good store. However, I can officially say that has changed. It was literally like daylight vs dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store looked clean and well stocked. Will definitely return to this Home Depot even though there is one a bit closer to my home. Great customer service is worth the extra miles.

All employees went the extra mile. Cared about my project needs and took the time to locate merchandise.

I went there on Tuesday afternoon and was looking to purchase latex gloves for work. I found an employee who said that they had a couple of cases that are marked down. He then got a ladder and got a case done for me. I asked him how much and he had to scan them. He scanned them and they weren't in the system. He then went to a female ASM and ask her about the price, he told her that I was purchasing them for a church. She said a church he said yes. She told him that Home Depot will donate the case of gloves for free. She said since there are no price in the system. I will be going to this Home Depot for all my work and home improvements needs thanks to the kind hearted ASM that made that donation.

I was immediately assisted by D.J a home depot Clerk/worker. And upon looking for the item I needed, he went the extra mile to check the website for the item code, the item wasn't hung on shelf display, he checked the stock supply and looked up in the overhead and it was there. Thanks D.J for going the extra mile :-)

We bought around $106 worth of products. Cashier rang us at $188, we asked for him to check and it went down to $160, still not right. The third try finally came out at the right price. He never once apologize, did not say thank you, and acted like we were inconveniencing him when he was the one that tried to take $80 more from us. If you go please pay extra attention.

My experience at this location was nothing short of amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will recommend my friends and family and I myself will definitely be back!

They were flirting and playing in others hair female had an attitude and if dude with the dreads start talking to her customers had to wait till they stop talking about what type of moisturizer they put in there hair

I bought a set of bubs that was the wrong wattage and I noticed that they had the right wattage at the same price so I expect the exchange should be easy but they had to refund my money I had to pick up the product and then I had to repurchase it again and They act like they couldn't do it at the return counter. But they did. It could have been easier.

Purchased a washing machine today. The purchase was made pleasurable by the outstanding profession attention provided by the sales staff person. The attention I received as a customer was outstanding. She was engaging, professional, helpful and very, very positive in her ability to represent Home Depot. I cannot say enough about the sales staff person who I have the total pleasure of engaging with during this visit.

Employees were friendly and helpful throughout this experience. Suggestions were made, my flooring choice was in stock, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. I actually enjoyed this purchase experience compared to past visits to home improvement stores.

Semog in the Lumber department and Adrianna assisting with self-checkout were both outstanding associates, very helpful!!!

The service inside the store is OK, but phone calls do NOT get answered.

I can't say that every visit that I've had at this store has been the best but my most recent was hands down thee best experience I've ever had. Kim was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She educated our family on lawn care and bought children cookies. I wish ALL the employees could be like her!
