Some employees need customer service retraining.

STANDING IN LINE WAITING TO GO IN THE STORE IS OKAY IF IT GOES FAST. THE SUPPLIES I NEED WAS NOT THERE ON THE SHELF. 2X4 ACRYLIC PRISMATIC-CLEAR WERE ALL BROKEN ON THE SHELF. THE BOXES WERE EMPTY NO MORE. HAD TO TRAVEL TO ANOTHER STORE OUT OF MY AREA. I LIKE TO SHOP IN MY COMMUNITY

Great customer service and supplies.

Overall, the best home depot in North County.

I've always been pleased with the service received at this location. It has been my experience that the employees are very helpful. And, I am often pleased to find some household products with better prices (for the amount packaged) compared to local big box stores.

Never leave the store empty handed and without a smile.

I find most of the employees friendly and knowledgeable. the cashier Bernita was very nice.

Took forever just to get help, while 5 employees stood around cackling near the automatic checkout. Not my first choice of HDs but it was the closest with what I needed in stock.

Has the best store manager I've ever met.

This is my favorite HOME DEPOT, bar none. The staff is always friendly and eager to help, especially my go-to girls, Georisha and Kirsten. The manager, Marco Garcia, sets a great example for his staff. Any boss can bark orders and go hide but Marco sets a great example for his staff. Hard-working, he seems to be everywhere yet is never too busy to stop and help customers with a smile. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

I love Home Depot. This store inspires me to fix things and be creative. I personally prefer human cashiers because machines are so impersonal.

The better Home Depot’s in the area! Our personal favorite neighborhood hardware store. We walked by the the sale washer and Laquitta was there with a smile and good solid product information. She didn’t have to convince us, the facts she had on the product sold it! We sat down and in less than a New York minute she had our credit cards #s pulled up with our availability ready. She was great. We really appreciate her sense of humor and positivity.

Home Depot has some new people and they are friendly and professional. I hope it stays like that the older employees seem to take their job more serious.

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful. Each store associate I spoke to was ready and willing to help out with answering questions or directions to locate items!

Employees where helpful and did know where my particular items I was requesting where located. Tthe wood items I was looking for where limited to none and they need more selections in shelving besides wire.

The overall store was clean and good lighting. The location is convenient and things are easy to find. And I do recommend this to to anyone. However, I gave a one star rating because of the customer service I received from a female employee there in the appliance department. She approached me and asked if she could help me find something and I said I hope so. I was looking for a hose connector for a compact washer. She directed me to the aisle that has the hoses, faucet adapter and so on. She handed me something that appeared to look like a female/male adapter for a faucet. I told her no that wasn’t it. So I explained to her again exactly what it was I needed, since she works in the appliance department I assumed she should be competent. She says “oh no we do not carry that item you’ll have to order that online”,and handed me a card. So I started looking for the part myself and as I began looking this lady leaned all over my back, I had to firmly say to her “back off me please, I am not going to steal anything from Home Depot.” She did back away, but she stayed there as if I was gonna steal something. I then told her that I was fine and that her assistance was no longer needed, and I appreciated her helping me. She then rubbed me on my shoulder and walks away. I was very uncomfortable by this lady’s actions as well as her attitude. I will return to the store to shop, simply because I had a bad experience with this one worker doesn’t me the whole store is that way.

This location is awesome. I can bring my furry companion with me but feel confident that I will be getting the best advice I need to take care of my home. Found some gutter guards I can put up myself & not spend thousands of dollars with a company. Wow. We love this place !! Plus there is a great hot dog stand with delicious hot dogs, polish & hot tamales at the check out !!!

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful. I was able to successfully complete a special order for an address plaque with the expert help of the knowledgeable staff.

The store display there product in a very easy to locate. Also very clean and polite staff.

I go there often and always find what I need and friendly help.
