Bought Vigoro Creekstone for dry 62 sq ft dry creek bed. Bag directions say multiply sq ft by .33 to get number of bags. 23 bags would no cover area with a single layer of stone. Had to buy 6 more bags. This problem might be caused by the amount of dirt in each bag. I had about 5 lbs of dirt in each bags and one had 10 lbs. since the project had a drain in it, we had to dump the rock into a wheelbarrow and separate the dirt from the rock. Very time consuming. Next time I’ll buy bulk from a local garden center.

I went in to buy a refrigerator and sales lady Shelia Stone was very helpful and courteous. She got me all fixed up and I did not have to wait in the line at the cash register.

Unfriendly, unhwlpful, and dont know anything about construction

I had been needing and shopping for a washer/dryer, for weeks. I shopped at several of Home Depot’s competitors without satisfaction (either the choice I made was out of stock, too expensive, or all the added expenses were far too excessive). I just happened to have a friend with me, today, who insisted I try Home Depot. I had always thought this was the place to purchase home “repair” items, not a store offering much of a selection in appliances. Not only was I wrong about having a variety of washer/dryers, I was treated like I was the only customer they had. I can say, with certainty, in the future ALL my household needs WILL come from Home Depot.

Sheila Stone was very helpful and helped us get a Home Depot credit card and had a pleasant experience overall at this particular store location and have no complaints about any time I go there.

The lumber is excellent , products are name brand and a very wide selection. Overall they have anything you need for any project

Gabi, who works at the pro desk check out goes above and beyond, without exception to make my shopping experience at the Home Depot the absolute best it can be. She always has a smile, a kind and warm greeting and she is fast, accurate and attentive. I leave the Home Depot anxious to return, every time Gabi is working the check out; that’s a rare thing in the world today!

Everything was going great as I was gathering items needed for my project until the last item I needed and have bought from Home Depot before was unavailable and put a damper on my project. The item was a 62lb cinder block with a built in metal strap.

There were 3 employees that helped us a lot to find what we needed. Jim and John helped us with our questions about the PVC issues, cement, nails etc. There was a women, shorter, dark hair, mid to late 20s, we asked her with help finding the nail guns she was very friendly.

Our experience with Store 1404 and Specialist Bob Holcomb made us switch our home improvement shopping needs to only run through this store. Exceptional communication, customer service, product knowledge, and attention to detail with our budget management and existing specials/deals are a few of the highlights. The store was immaculate, each staff member we greated was friendly and accomodating, and we'll be making the drive to this store over 10 miles away (with a competitor store less than 1 mile away in our city).

Ordered a mower for pickup. Said was ready and available. After wasting 2 hours, I was told it's in stock but it's not put together.

The employees go out of their way to assist. We buy all of our appliances and outdoor equipment here. They also have easy to pay off credit card options which help when you are cash stressed.

The store employees were helpful in every way during a remodel project.

The customer service for loading is awful. Every time I come here I don’t get help loading. I had to call your store to get help on loading dock area. Customer service is terrible

I bought a freezer from the Fort Smith, Arkansas, Home Depot store. My trip was quick and simple. The sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also, the delivery men were on time and quickly cleaned up all the packing material after the installation.

Only 1 cashier that took cash. All self checkouts were card only. It's sad they put in self checkouts and got rid of employees. But it is far worse they refuse to keep the self checkouts where you can pay cash. Bad management.

I've worked with cabinet departments in 2 other Home Depot stores. Each one was great -- but Bob Holcomb is exceptional! Bob has a variety of skills/experience that make him an amazing kitchen designer. I am very "picky", so my cabinet order for house-under-construction needed to be very precise. And when it came in over budget, Bob worked carefully to help me trim the order without compromising my vision. Bob worked tirelessly with the installer and with me to make sure everything is going to be just perfect. I'm feel assured my project is going to turn out just as anticipated. Both the cabinet manufacturer (Kraft Maid) and the countertop suppliers have already been in touch with me (within 4 days each) to confirm order and schedule. The other employees in the cabinet department in Ft Smith are also very attentive -- eager to help when Bob wasn't there to work directly with me. Much appreciated!
