I bought a new mower there this week and Sara and Andrew were extremely helpful.

Such great service from an employee named Wyatt. He went out of his way to get our large qty of tile down from overhead storage, wrapped it and also helped us with carpet and pad. He did a great job loading the pallet on our trailer too. The other employees were super nice and helpful in paint and tools! A+++ Clean store.

The Fort Smith Home Depot used to not have a very friendly staff and that kept us from wanting to visit very much but our most recent visit was a much better experience and we will be visiting more often.

Since the end of October we have been doing remodeling and adding a wraparound covered deck. This weekend the other place with blue logo didn’t have what we needed. We tried you again. Your Saturday team hit it out of the park. Catlin and Ethan help us pull $3000 worth of materials. It was an amazing shopping experience.

The sales associate was excellent in helping me choose, order, and set up delivery for a new dishwasher. There were a few bumps and delays due to her computer, but her customer service made up for that! She also helped me save some money.

So tired of this being the only local Home Depot. Inventory counts are all over the place (the app and in-store inventory will show counts but there's nothing to be found). Associates are less than helpful when it comes to needing assistance.

Home Depot will get you what you need and employees are eager to assist. Getting a new Washer Dryer was easy with free delivery, solid product warranty options, and competitive discounts.

We drive 45 mins to get to this store. They always have everything we need in stock and their employees go above and beyond to assist you while you’re shopping.

I was greeted at the front and a co-worker went out of her way to assist me. Later went to the kitchen design area and Bob went above and beyond assisting me. I was never pressured and he was extremely patient as I made my decisions.

The most recent visit to The Home Depot was great as far as customer service goes.

I cant say enough about the service we received. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and this store usually carries items that you can't find at the other big box stores.

Miss Shiela is a very knowledgeable Home Depot rep. She knew exactly where everything was that we were looking for and even taught my wife and I about the Oops paints dept.
