Mike is the best example of customer service I have ever seen. Any problem we came across Mike was there to make it right. If the world had more Mikes we would be way better off. I can’t think him enough and look forward to many more dealings with him! Keep up the great work Mike!

The store is always clean. It's not always easy to find someone to help but in our last experience, we had the pleasure to find a man by the name of Ronnie and OMG...the BEST!

The Home Depot in Fort Smith is the best home improvement/lumber store in town. I don't know how they keep a lumber yard clean, but they do. The service is swift and professional yet friendly. They answer my questions without making me feel like a fool for my ignorance in home projects. I really appreciate that!

Flooring department made it so easy to place my order on the phone. I appreciate not having to make an unnecessary trip back to the store during covid concerns. The employees have always friendly and helpful at this store.

Store is generally well stocked, associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite big box store!

Super clean store. Friendly sales folks. They went out of their way to find the tool I was there for. Was on the top shelf, so they followed all safety measures to get the tool down. I will definately be back there again !

Can usually find whatever I'm looking for and for decent price. Almost as good is free delivery charges for most items in "online" catalog(Home Depot.com)--when picked up at this store.

I am disabled and considered high risk and more often than not cannot go to the actual store but am forced to shop "on line". Home Depot has great selection, great prices, and the friendly folks at Home Depot can be trusted to have their customers best interests in mind when filling an on line order or resolving an issue over the phone. If there were more stars to give them I would give them the galaxy!

Very messy store. Not a single clear aisle. Half full carts of junk on every aisle. Not a single empty lumber cart in the store, all had junk on them.

The store was clean and I found what I wanted in short order, but did not have in stock what I wanted but employee was helpful in ordering what I needed and shipped to my home address which made it much easier for me not having to pay someone to haul it to my home...

Shopping for a dishwasher was made easier by the help provided by Daniel Choate and Sheila. They were more than willing to answer our questions about the different brands.

Carol was very helpful when i went there...i always go to homedepot....

My daughter in law and I were there to buy several items, most of which were heavy. We asked for help 2 times and did not receive it. One employee asked why we couldn't get it off the shelf ourself. We had to lift cement board and cement bags ourselves. We also had to carry it out and load it on the back of a pickup ourselves. The checkout manager had to help us on 1 item and was not pleasant at all.
