The store was clean and had stocks on the shelf. The associates were all friendly and assisted me in any way they could. The girl who helped me out at self checkout, chanet (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was really friendly and helped out. She managed to handle the long line and at that same time still gave excellent customer service. Thank you for your service. Keep being friendly and always keep smiling :)

Great service in Fremont! Haven't shopped at the Auto Mall location in awhile - but will make them the first stop from now on. Shannon in Customer Service and Jeremy on the floor are EXCELLENT. Know their store, the merchandise, and want to help.

I found exactly what I was looking for right away.

I’ve had excellent service and deals in both the blind ordering and installation department and the gardening department. Everyone is super educated in their portion of the business and very helpful and professional.

I really like coming to this Home Depo. Customer service was great. The lightening guy was very helpful and cashier too they both were very personable. Clean store products were for easy to find with help close by. I definitely give Fremont #6636 Home Depo a double thumbs up. !!

not enough associate can provide help. Hard to find an associate when need. inventory stocks not neat Today i went to buy exterior lights. The girl working in that area is really bad. She's not friendly and polite. I felt that way when i was asking her a question. SHe's inpatient. When another customer asked her a question, she replied same way, so the man said to her "you don't need saying that way. I'm a customer. Why you are talking like that? You r so rude." I could tell she was embarrassed. well later when i asking her about an item I liked and couldn't find more (bc she told me there are 5 in inventory) and I myself tried to look behind the rolls on shelf, She yelled at me "Mam, i already told you no more and i looked for there." I told her "no, you didn't look behind and i didn't see you do it. I just saw items misplaced. It might be somewhere . So i'm looking myself." She's not helping but rude!!

This is more like a one stop shop for me as I am setting up a new house in city, I got everything I needed from inside the house to outside the house including garden. No other store has given me this much of spread.

I went to this homedepot to get parts for the AC. Mr. Jarnail spent time to find the correct parts and helped me to put them together. Then, he gave me full details how to do it at home if I have the same issues. Great man! Thank you very much for your help!

When I entered the store, I asked the first employee where I can find remote control for garage door opener. He replied without any hesitation - aisle 31. I was quite amazed he can remember such a small item

I have been going to Home depot on AutoMall Pkwy since it has opened. I have to say that in the past 5 years it has improved immensley and I am very satisfied to shop there. You don't have to look forever for someone to help you. The check out lines moves very quickly and everyone loves my dog when I bring her in.

Store is cluttered with carts scattered all over the store and parking lot. Lots of 'orange' standing around with no apparent purpose. Other regional HD's are MUCH better. Maybe this is a Fremont thing. Stock is not properly located and staff is unable (unwilling?) to locate items supposedly "in stock". Lots of apathy here. As such this may be a better job market indicator than anything Wall Street has come up with....

Some super friendly workers here and many have patches saying they worked there many years. That adds up to real knowledge
