Good customer service and curteous staff.

Even though there were lots of parents and kids there for the workshop, the staff was helpful and directed me where to go to find what I needed and even gave me ideas on what to do with the tiles for the shower walls. The cashier, Zem was cheerful and made my visit fun.

I'd suggest you do your homework first at www.homedepot.com for the stuff you plan to buy and see if it is in stock at the store. Sometimes it is hard to find an employee there available to answer your questions.

I find when I get help from an employee I find what I need better of questions get answered, but sometimes at this store it's hard to find personal for help.

Being in the trades I know when I walk into your chain of stores I can count on getting excellent service and quality products to chose from. I do have stores closer to me, but I frequent Fremont when I visit with friends. The store was well kept well lit and clean. Your associates were helpful and kind. One in particular named Turzem helped me tremendously, asking me if there was anything she could do for me. She was knowledgeable and a pleasant person in general. I found everything I was looking for and a couple of things I didn't know I wanted. Thank you for setting high standards in the home improvement industry, it's a pleasure doing business with you.

I love my local Home Depot location. All the people are so helpful. Everyone really cares about helping you ... they don't run the other way when they see a customer coming like some home improvement centers do. I kind of feel like when I shop at my local Fremont Home Depot I am shopping with friends....I would especially like to mention Raj in the paint department, Sharon in Doors, Ken in Appliances and Andrea at the front desk to name a few. The store has very friendly personal. Sharon helped me a lot to order the right custom window. But everybody was nice and helpful.

Be careful when renting. If something goes wrong with their tools, you'll still pay.

It's a go to store for us in many years for home improvement projects.

Love this store I had great experience and great customer service. I love the gardens lady cashiers Natalie and chique and Nisha is very nice too and they are all very helpful and know their stuff. I recommend everyone to shopen here.

The store was clean and products were displayed efficiently. Easy to reach and examine. Store associate were helpful.

If you like self checkout, come here. It's possible it might be your only checkout option, like it was mine, even if you have large items.

Terrible customer service in home appliance department. It felt as though they were not interested in selling anything. The more questions you ask on feature/price differential, the more irritated they'd get. At the end I ended up browsing for the appliance models myself on the mobile since I did not get any appropriate or intelligent response. Not going back to this store for any home appliance purchase.

Generally floor employees assist to the best of their knowledge & will get additional assistance if needed. This store usually has the items I am looking for and mostly reasonably priced.

it was a great experiance,very short waitting time customer service was good the guy in the concrete dept.stopped what he was doing to go find his boss to make sure he was giving me the correct info..i thought that was a nice gesture.if i had his name i would let people know to ask for him when they visited the store here in fremont,ca.
