I purchased 30 bags of Vigorous red mulch and was very pleased with this product.

Have been shopping at this store for several years and will continue because of the available products and Items plus nice customer service as soon as entering the store.

I shop at the Nogales, AZ store. The survey mistakenly placed my store as FORT COLLINS Store #1512.

I bought a kitchen faucet a couple of years ago and it started leaking. I went to the store without a part or model number, yet they were able to match it, find the right parts and even help me find a video to complete the repair. Importantly, when one person's expertise did not match the task, they didn't hesitate to find someone who had the requisite know-how. Customer service does not get better than this!

Clean and great service. I come in a lot for plants and supplies. I see Dakota and Josiah there and they are always greeting me and asking if I need help with anything. They are great. All of the people who work with the plants are fantastic. Store always smells and looks clean and organized

Person in plumbing gave me straight information about my problem. But even better, Lars in customer service went far above and beyond trying to help me find a solution. I’ve never had an experience at a Home Depot as great as Lars provided.

The casher pushed out a have a nice day the guy in the electrical dept. Did not want to help me. I understand that white people are scared of Black people. I just needed a light bulb...

I honestly don't even want to go into the whole fiasco. All the say, purchased tile and carpet in Nov. finally received in Jan. No one communicates with the other. One error after another. Home Depot is a mess. A huge corp like them should have checks and balances and a system where everyone knows what the other is doing. Not the employee's fault. They were friendly,tried their best to get things done. Adriana in col springs and Tina in ft Collins were especially helpful.

Return counter - Michael was very professional and friendly .. there was a computer issue with my return and he was wonderful and resolved the issue with IT

Everyone at the store is always super helpful and especially Austin at the cash register who helped ring me up quickly and in a friendly manner! I will definitely be shopping here in the future for all of my home improvement needs!

I was looking for replacement parts for a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet. On 2 different visits, I received good advice from plumbing specialists and arrived at an economical outcome.

The staff was very friendly

I bought a husky toolbox that was damaged in shipping. Called looking for a solution and got a customer service rep at the store who was new. Guy did great and immediately acknowledged that he didn't know how to handle it. Manager was very helpful and did everything she could to not inconvenience me any further. Overall great customer service but the company charged a ridiculous amount for shipping and even had random fees added. Terrible on the company but fantastic employees

Lacking customer service skills. O always find going into home Depot there are several associates standing around the check , it would be really nice if they could be throughout the store to help you find what you are looking for . Its very rare if they ask you if you need help, as iam always looking for someone to help me.

This review is for an employee named Kashmir. For 4 years not a single problem nor’ stressed about anything. Greeted, welcomed, support, knowledgeable skilled and most importantly great work ethic. This is why I’ve never had an issue. My greatest condolence’s to this employee for making every visit count and better than the last. So much as impressed that it puts a smile to my face. Thank You.

The Home Depot crew at this store must actually enjoy their work. It reflects in how helpful, and genuinely happy to help, all of them are. I always have a positive experience in this store and can make fast, informed trips thanks to them.

I recently purchased several retaining bricks and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic

We went in just to look at a new frig and walked out having ordered all new appliances because the staff was so helpful and worked with us to find the best deals. Justin helped us and was a very patient as we made decisions and settled our order. The customer service was impeccable. Would recommend to anyone needing new appliances.

Twice has worked with me on difficult returns once with cabinets and this one with flooring

I got exactly what I needed from Home Depot. Dakota helped me find everything I needed and caught that the lid I was about to purchase didn't fit the storage bin I had grabbed. He saved me a whole lot of time in avoiding having to come back to fix that important detail.

My local Home Depot is a very helpful store. I am a regular shopper and have always found what I needed or directed to where I could get it.

Whenever I need help or advice on a project, I go find Will in the hand tool area and ask him for advice.

I had a great customer service experience with Judy 3-4 times in the last year and think she should be rewarded with a great review.
