Good in quality, clean, easy to find the products

The small purchase was handled as if it were important to me and a double-check was made by employee Jack. The story about my losing my phone was true, yet hard to believe. The point I am trying to make is the Manager of the Store took time to walk me out to the car in the continuing search for my misplaced and lost phone with me! He helped me search. My husband called my phone number and we heard it ring, I was looking for it in the car, but it was on top of the roof! Now that was the best experience I have had at any store! Sincerely, Carolyn Davisson Garber P.S. I have had a very positive relationship with Home Depot on two separate loans, one for a kitchen remodel and the other for carpeting in three rooms. I paid all off and felt I really saved on my budget because of the "no interest" if paid on time.

The employees seem generally happy to be there and helping people find what they need. It makes the whole experience a pleasant one and has me looking forward to coming back.

I had the best experience at the JFK store in Ft. Collins. I live out of state and am working with a local restaurant owner on some designs for his office. I contacted the JFK store and worked over the phone and through email with Mark in their Kitchen Cabinet Department. He was extremely patient, polite and responded very quickly to my requests. The information he provided was very detailed and he made it easy to complete the order. Many thanks, Mark! I appreciate your help.

What awesome employees this HD has! I mean, HD is HD. 1512, for whatever reason, always seems to have people who go out of their way to help, though. I mentioned someone who should be the face of HD, "Sarah", at the checkout register. "Hunter", too, was helpful. When he couldn't find the specific person who knew what I needed and where to find it, he came back and did his best. As it turned out I had to return the item, but I think it must be simply because HD does not carry a "cheap" 12d nail gun. I just needed one for a short while and didn't want to pay the price for a professional nail gun.

We made a return that was purchased online while living in another state before our move to this stores location. The process was well handled and seamless. I appreciated this option!

Rude incompetent employees. I would recommend shopping elsewhere unless you enjoy staff that gets annoyed when you ask a question, block the isles with shopping carts and don’t bother to move, and make bird noises with their hands at self check. What a circus.

Best Appliance Specialist! If you need help with purchasing decisions surrounding appliances, seek out Jeff Bresson, Appliance Specialist. He helped us choose a new washer and dryer and had more information, recommendations, and knowledge than anyone else ever could. He was efficient but also took time to explain things to us and was overall a joy to talk to. Home Depot, give that man a raise! (I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it was hard to find help in the store – outside of the appliance section – per usual even though there are lots of employees around! Otherwise Jeff receives 5/5 stars!)

Just purchased new kitchen flooring and appliances and received great customer service! the microwave I was looking to order was no longer available, but we were able to find another one that I think will work just great! I can't wait for the flooring to be installed and the new appliances to arrive! Doug and Luke were very helpful in getting everything ordered and set up for delivery and pick up.

Quick check out - When I was ready to check out, a line of several people gathered within minutes and I was afraid it would take forever to check out. But then a store associate saw the line and went along the line to pre-checkout the carts while somebody else as checking out. He scanned all items in my cart and gave me a card with barcode to scan at the actual checkout to pay. It made a huge difference and the line moved very fast. Well done! I count it as above and beyond - to be ready to do it and to act quickly. THank you!

Received great help and answers to my sprinkler system questions - I was looking for 3/4'' pipe extensions and connectors to 1/2'' sprinkler heads. The store associated spent all the time needed to make sure I got all I need. I greatly appreciate the time and help.

Sarah, a cashier helped me locate the only picnic table in the store. I needed it bad for a birthday party on Saturday. It was Friday at 6 pm and she went out of her way at the end of her shift to make it happen. We need more people like her in this industry, she was polite, helpful and has a great laugh.

The Home Depot on JFK Parkway made every effort to follow Covid 19 guidelines. The staff wore masks and made me feel when I left I hadn't gotten cooties! I worked with a very competent young lady, Syd, who made sure I understood all the steps in making my purchase. She walked me through the delivery schedule so when I did leave I knew what to expect. Good employees are at times hard to come by. Not here, not this Home Depot!

Waited 20 minutes for employee looked someone to key the lock sets I was purchasing. Nobody came finally went to customer service and was told that no one was able to in the store. Pointless to sell locks if you can't hire someone that can re key.
