Excellent customer service—-always

Several customers not wearing masks, felt very unsafe walking around the store. Didn’t see any mask enforcement from the staff as they passed unmasked customers. Very unacceptable this far into the pandemic. Jeff in appliances was great, spent a lot of time with us as we chose our machines and bought them, however our delivery was delayed and we STILL don’t have the washer and dryer we paid almost $1600 for (Not Jeff’s fault but we are understandable pretty upset) Jeff was awesome and really knows his stuff. He had hand sanitizer available next to the card reader in appliances and I felt safe working with him. He had a lot of great tips and tricks for washer and dryers and we felt like we were talking to the all-time expert!! Unfortunately, I had to take off work Saturday for the original delivery (I’m a nurse) and now I have to take off ANOTHER day of work this week for the rescheduled delivery, which we didn’t get to chose the day. We would have gone to another big box home improvement store if we’d known we wouldn’t get the machines on time. Won’t return here unfortunately.

I visit home improvement stores in different parts of the country and in Colorado and Wyoming. The staff at this store consistently out-performs the competition in terms of customer service. It's clear that Home Depot puts a lot of emphasis on their staff training programs and it shows in the helpful attitude of employees.

Excellent experience today with all of the staff. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

This is my go-to Home Depot in my area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store is laid out very well.

This location has plenty of options and there are several friendly employees; including Mario and Tammy. During this recent trip, Tammy asked what project I was working on and shared a few tips about the garden box I was building for a specific plant. I certainly appreciated not only her tips, but her friendly engaging personality!

Looking for appliances individual or packages, track down Jeff B. in the department, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We ordered, by phone, - a dryer from the Home Depot store in Fort Collins from our current home in MD. We are relocating to Colorado and the dryer is scheduled to arrive this week while we are in our new home here. We worked with a store agent Mark from extension 156. We are hopeful our dryer will arrive successfully. Your survey was difficult to answer if you physically were not in the store. You may want to include phone orders.

I had a good experience working with my cabinet designer, Mark Carder, to order the custom cabinet that I need for a very reasonable price. I'm hoping the installation will go smoothly too!

You have a gem of a sales rep in the appliance department..... His name is Jeff Bresson, and he is the reason we have fulfilled our remodel needs at the Ft Collins Store 20-25 minutes from home, vs the Loveland store which is only 10 minutes away! Thank you for having Jeff on your Sales Team.

The store is well organized and most of the products you find online will be in stores. This store does deliver to your car. Don't go during or after a snowstorm as they don't plow the parking lot.

This is my go to store. I appreciate the curbside service. I am very happy the state mandate for masks is monitored. Please be sure to make sure customerss are covering their noses. Tammy in custormer service is the best of the best.

complete inventory of tools, parts, and accessories + landscape and plants in season. This is my goto store.! The senior store staff know their parts well , like Steve in Hardware and Fasteners. That is worth a lot to me to find the right part in the right size quickly.

We go to this Home Depot often - mainly because they always have what we are looking for and because the people working there are friendly and helpful. In some stores, the staff seems to feel you are a bother if you can't find something or need directions to a specific product - we have NEVER been treated that way at HD. Thanks!

Staff is always willing to help and even lead me to the product I desired.

I only needed 2 items and with the help of the employee I was able to get in and out of the store fast.

Poor service in regard to pulling a large order for a job I am performing. Took over a week to get what they had in stock pulled. Terrible communication.

This particular store has great employees that, for me, always know their stuff. Mario, Kim, Tim, and others. Cashiers are super nice.

The store was for the most part is well merchandised. Although the key item that I wanted was out of stock, the associates which I came in contact with seemed knowledgeable and were courteous, friendly, and helpful.

After much research, I decided to purchase a Ryobi cordless lawnmower. I went to Home Depot today, found one of the type I wanted, and although the box had been opened and re-taped, I purchased it, please there was one left. When I opened the box at home, I found no assembly/owner's manual, and then noticed the wheels and grass-catcher looked dirty. It was fairly easy to assemble without instructions and I charged the battery enough to start it. To my dismay, when I started it, clumps of dried grass flew out from the blade. This mower was clearly used and was sold as new. I paid full-price for a used mower. I am sorely disappointed with this Home Depot.

I would not waste your time shopping here. No one know what they are doing or maybe it was just our experience but it seemed like a bunch of kids running the store with no idea on what is going on. I was very disappointed with the customer service, and my order that i received after paying alot of money. Next time I'll take my money and time somewhere else.

Clean store & products are easily accessible. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Mario, at the Home Depot, is an incredible staff member at this Home Depot. I've often asked him questions and today, his kindness made my day. He goes out of his way to ask if you need anything, in a friendly voice. It's those small things that makes the world a difference. Thank you, Mario!!
