No one likes self check out. Get rid of it or at least have a cashier.

I went in the store seeking compost and trellis materials for my garden. Dakota approached me and walked me through the store, showing me different options. Super courteous and helpful.

We moved to CO from PA in the last year. We shopped at the Loveland, CO store and were very disappointed with unengaging staff and a chaotic store. We recently shopped at the Fort Collins Home Depot. We were pleasantly surprised to find engaging, competent and knowledgeable staff. The inventory was excellent and staff were friendly and efficient. We live in Estes Park, CO but will definitely use the Fort Collins Home Depot as our "go to", moving forward. Thank you for being good at your job and making it all about the customers!

Jeff, made a difficult purchases so easy and we have been playing with buying for months. His knowledge and positivity made us feel like now was the time we decided to come back in to purchase our new appliances and pass on our usual store we make appliance purchases.

I was greeted by every employee, helped throughly, and got exactly what I needed within 10 minutes. Very nice experience.

This store had all the adapters, fittings, pipe and tools I needed to complete the project.

Every time I shop at this location, the employees are very helpful. They answer questions and investigate answers for questions that they may not know answers.

It’s easy to find the products what I want.

Had an old shop vac give out on me and catch fire, explained the story to a gentleman at the service desk named Larry and was patient with me and super friendly and nice. Was able to swap it out with proof of payment and exchanged it with no problem. Even when busy and stressed they go above and beyond! Will return to shop here every time. 100%
