Filomena was my check-out cashier today and she was so pleasant that I look forward to seeing her again in my future shopping trips. She thanked me profusely for being patient with the customer ahead of me that had occupied quite a bit of her time during check-out. The sad state of our honor in this nation necessitates the locking-up of power tools and batteries these days; I mourn for the times when we could just peruse the aisles at our leisure and pick out merchandise without having to be accompanied to the cashier by someone who has to ensure that no theft occurs.

Home Depot is the best for all our construction needs. Visit and compare.

Started going to this store several years ago after going to stores that were closer to where I live and being seriously disappointed. Sort of like Charlie Brown always hoping to kick the football and having it jerked away at the last second. Finally I tried this Home Depot store and found it FANTASTIC—great lean-forward energetic and very helpful staff; excellent selection of goods; excellent on-site advice and consultation from employees who are eager to explain their products and how the work. Highly recommend it to anyone living or visiting the Eglin AFB-Shalimar-Ft Walton Beach-Mary Esther-Hurlburt AFB-Navarre area!!!!

An employee named Stark helped me so much. I’m very pregnant and he insisted on helping me out to my car and loading everything for me. So nice of him!!

My wife and I just purchased new appliances for our home. We shop often at The Home Depot because they have just about anything and everything you might desire or need. I have never been disappointed finding what I needed. I love shopping at The Home Depot !

I had an issue with a product I bought and I came in with a couple solutions wishful that someone would take the time to care and understand what happened and Cathy did and she along with her manager, Joe, both were eager to help me and they did! I am thrilled and so thankful with their efforts today.

We enjoyed shopping for a new washer and dryer in the Ft. Walton location!! Ken was very knowledgeable about the products and was very kind and honest!! We enjoyed working with him and trusted him!! He helped us make the right decision on making our purchase!!

I needed a replacement flapper value for the toilet and found multiple options in the plumbing repair section of the store. Easy to find items and determine the correct product choice to purchase.

I am never disappointed when I come here. Always greeted in a timely manner; never hard to find department heads. The early morning paint guy is a hoot! Love talking to him. Ali the self checkout cashier was so friendly and sweet! Love Home Depot the products and service here.

The associates at the Fort Walton Beach store 6301 go out of their way to be helpful. My numerous home projects have gone better because of the experience at the store and the expert advice from the various departments. I am indebted to them.

I've followed all the steps to authorize my credit card on my iPhone Home Depot app. It works fine to do discounts, but I still have to stick the card in the reader at the checkout. Why doesn't the scanner just read the credit card information I have authorized in the app?

Joe literally made my day! The customer service in this Home Depot is above and beyond. Alexa was so kind at check out and was very patient with us. We will continue to go back to his Home Depot because of them ❤️
