I really like that this store carries the rubber mulch at a reasonable price. This stuff lasts longer than wood mulch and I know won't draw bugs. Underestimated what I needed the first time and when I went back there was only half the pallets left. It appears the stuff was flying off the shelves

The lumber, plumbing and hardware sections have had everything needed for home projects and projects related to Hurricane repair. Even has some of the latest technology products like Trex.

Gabriel in millworks is great, she was considerate and gave me the help I needed. Reward her! But to get help loading double sliding door onto my pickup , was slow I waited in pro. Parking for over 1/2 hour to get doors loaded. The sale isn't complete until the customer, drives off your parking lot!

No one acknowledged our presence in the store. What we wanted they had tickets for, but no product in stock. Dogs in the store that were not service dogs. Suppose to have help come and load a front door and frame into our truck, after waiting 15 minutes no one came. Another customer helped load it.

Saleman from the blinds dept. was very helpful but we needed assistance from customer service. He accompanied me to customer service and the representative was very rude and arrogant. He would not speak to me, instead all conversation was directed to store employee as if I wasn't even there. They did not give me my military discount and could not explain why. When I priced these blinds 3 days ago , the employee quoted price with military discount.

We are from Montana and are helping our kids remodel their kitchen. We have medium experience, but needed a lot of help. Glen was our associate in the Paint Department. His is the most knowledgeable Home Depot person (in many other areas besides paint) I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very patient, exceptionally experienced, and had a sense of humor. Rather than just try to find something and takeoff, he followed through and offered many tips and tricks along the way. He is a real asset! We have spent well over $2,500 total, so far. I an blown away by the help we have received during our multiple visits to their store.

This was my first time shopping here. As it is said, first impressions means the most. This was true. Quality customer service from everyone. In particular, the cashier, Freddy. They have made a new customer. Thanks to all, even to those who stopped working to give me directions.

I spent my entire day looking for shingles at every Lowe’s and Home Depot in person and on-line. When I called T at the Fort Walton Beach, FL location T took care of absolutely everything and was so amazing. You definitely have an amazing employee. There are always people to help

Cleanliness was immaculate but store assistance needed work employees seemed not to care about the customer or the customer needs they just kept making excuses and walking off. After finding everything I needed everything went smoothly.

My husband and I paid another store for floor measurements, and even looked at other flooring locations in the area. Home Depot had what we needed and in stock and at the best price. They also honored a military discount. Mike in flooring and T. in special projects were so helpful. Mike was so patient with me, I even misspoke on my need and the measurements, and without question he rewrote my paperwork and made me feel like more than a number. T was so helpful too, she ensured I was getting the best deal, and made me feel confident in such a big purchase. Their friendliness, expertise, and knowledge was invaluable. Thank you! We will be customers again for future needs.

I would first like to say, our visits to HD are personal, for our own home. Hurricane Sally severely affected our dock and outside surroundings at home. Starting Thursday, September 17th, to Sunday, September 20th, we made about five different trips to HD in Mary Esther, FL. My husband and I needed lumber and rakes/shovels, our first trip was $130, followed by $400 for lumber. On 9/17 at appx 5:41PM (according to receipt) While we were getting the lumber loaded on the cart, three young man stood in the corner on the phones and watched me struggle helping my husband lift 16 foot boards. Never even offered to help me, although they looked over and saw us. On the next visit a man named Todd offered to help my husband with the lumber and we were very grateful for Todd, great customer service. One the next visit I was by myself and need saw blades and a $349 M18 FULE 2PC HAMD/IMP DRIVE KIT, have not idea what that is but is what my husband needed. A young man, whose name I forgot was VERY helpful to me. He told me he used to build docks for a living, and helped me get the correct saw blade. So morale of the story is, this young man, and man named Todd were most helpful and courteous. The three young men that sat in the corner on their phones, were most UNHELPFUL, while watching me struggle. My husband and I both said we wish we would have taken a photo of them, but I'm sure your security cameras would show them on their phones in the corner. This Home Depot is our Home Depot, we will be back, but sure wish you would put more staff on the floor for customer assistance.

Because it is! Staff in general are friendly, helpful, and courteous. A couple of staff members are not! That said, Home Depot seems to be nicer than the competitors.

I had plumbers install an insinkerator food disposal and it turned out to be defective however I couldn't Uninstall it until I had the new disposal otherwise my sink would be unusable. Well thankfully the supervisor Jimmy and cashier Novella helped me by finding not only a comparable disposal but the upgraded version of the same disposal for the same price and they allowed me a chance to bring it back the next day when the plumbers could make the switch so that i would still have a usable sink and no mess. I am so very thankful and would highly recommend home depot due to their extraordinary customer service. They went above and beyond to help this military wife

During this COVID-19 the store was clean and the employees wore mask and some had on gloves. The customer service was good and the cashiers was very nice and respectful.
