Michelle T. Was my helper today. With being a busy memorial weekend and 5 o’clock on Saturday she was hustling to help customers and telling thank you to other employees for helping. Great attitude! Makes it a positive experience and to think about Home Depot first when needing parts for my next project.

The Garden City Kansas Home Depot store is a lifeline for homeowners and professionals in the area. The employee are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t know what I’d do without this store for my many projects and professional needs.

Long wait times, unprofessionalism from the store manager Carmen lack of knowledge and customer satisfaction she has failed at miserably!

I ordered product( stair-climbing cart) by phone. Employee was very helpful, polite and efficient.

I visit my Home Depot often. The store is clean and ordering on line and pick up is really easy.

I have been in the Garden City, Kansas store and the Pueblo, Colorado store several times. The employees at Garden City are very friendly and they never make me feel like I am imposing on their time when I need assistance. I would recommend this store anytime to someone who is looking for friendly, knowledgable, professional staff to assist them!!!

Was able to find and order the refrigerator needed for our project. The unit should be at the store in a couple of days for us to pick up.

I’ve had to go to Home Depot to buy materials and had experienced the need to have someone help Me with items like placing 5 bags of cement or once I ordered a bathroom cabinet. Nobody helps. If you’re unable to do it yourself, you’re out of luck. Cashiers call and call for customer service and nothing but you’re also watching employees texting, having fun, visiting among themselves and don’t care for the calls for customer help. They are totally unsupervised. Anyone can go through and pick up as many materials as they want and nobody will see you or do anything. You find open cement bags pouring cement on the floor and things like that.

Waited 45 minutes for mulch to be loaded.

My husband I and went in I tially looking to purchase windows. At the time while we were at the millwork desk, there was a young lady, associate of the store, walking around. I asked the associate if the desk that I was in the need of imformation for some windows. He said he couldn't help me, but would get the millwork associate to come to the desk to help. He proceeded to call over thr system. A few minutes passed by, and another associate asked if we could be helped. I let her know we were needing someone so we could order windows. She proceeded to call the millwork associate once again. Aa few more minutes passed by, and the associate that had first called through the system saw we were still not being helped, and he proceeded to call over the system once again. During this is happening, another associate had walked by various time. It was not until the 3rd call over the PA system that she, the millwork associate, bothered to stop and ask us if we needed help. Once we told her what we were looking for, she started ordering the windows on the computer the whole time looking indifferent and bothered. She kept yawning without excusing herself or giving any sort of comment like it had been a long day etc. Something I would understand. Instead in between asking questions for the windows and putting in the information, she continued yawning and making us feel as if we were taking up her valuable time. It was around 8:30, and the store does not close until 10. She still had a whole hour ahead of her, at least. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.

Chuck was awesome helping us purchase a dishwasher. As for all the other employees, they were super rude and hateful. The cashier was provably the rudest cashiers I’ve ever had. There was another employee that we asked to help us in the wood section, and he completely ignored us and walked off. Chuck was the only helpful person we talked to in that store.

John H. helped me even though the appliance dept. was not his area. Job well done.

There is hardly any associates available in their departments during any of my visit or shopping experiences.

Maia did a great job assisting me with my return. She followed me out the store after I left my sunglasses on the counter. She has excellent customer service skills and should be training the rest of the staff.

Jack and John in the Rental Area are outstanding employees. They always take extra good care of me. They have become friends rather than just employees. Please see the survey I completed on homedepot.com/survey. I provided more information about these 2 employees plus Nancy, who now works with them. I hope you recognize these 3 employees for their outstanding customer service.

i went there to go look at cameras and javier was very good to us and hopefully he gets something good from the managers and he was very helpful with my visit.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at this location, the associates in the lumber and contractor desk were went above and beyond customer service. Kudos' to the ladies at the desk and to "Randy" for helping me find, sort & load my plywood.

Customer service made it easy for me to pick out the new windows I needed for my home.

Ajlandra and John were very helpful with this order. I do wish there were more staff to help customers but for some reason this seems to be the case every where.

Went to the store to purchase an appliances, associate gave me wrong informtion that cost me money! Tried to call them, no empathy or sympathy! Spoke to a very rude and sarcastic lady. I will never do business with these people again! Associates here needs to learn customer service

This is not the first purchase I have made in the home depot appliance department. Every time I have appliance needs I have always had good luck with associates being friendly and knowledgeable.

We had 4 carts full of stuff and the manager was great in helping us get to checkout and get loaded. Deanna did a superb job as we had so many items.
