Best home depot to shop at. Clean and well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff!!

I had a great experience at the Home Depot Store in Garden City. There were employees in every area and all were very helpful and took the time to help us find what we were looking for!

Ross in the appliance department was very helpful with my refrigerator purchase. He was most kind in helping me with a question about a GE range I had purchased in December 2018 as the knobs looked liked they had been spray painted and the paint was coming off. These two knobs had not been turned on or abused in anyway, just defective. He had a card and suggestion on how they could be replaced. My shopping experience was perfect, no wait time except for about a 30 day delivery of refrigerator. Thank you.

The staff here are friendly and know how to take care of their customers.

Jorge at the customer service desk does a great job running that area when it's extremely busy. He keeps his composure, and wits about himself and takes care of business.

Very helpful, courteous, and eager to assist associates. Twice I've needed additional help with online purchases and Kathy did a great job working through the process. She remained eager to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Mega kudos to Kathy!

On the survey I just did, I was thinking about the Hays store. Hays is the store we are in the most. However, on Jan 1st, we were in the Garden City store. Brain failure, lol. Garden and Hays are both very well staffed with helpful employees. Maybe it is the Western Kansas hospitality. I would give both store a 5 star rating for their employees.

Very good store but Cashier was very rude Her name is Sarah just Incase you run over her.

Doing a big remodel project. Associates have been helpful, professional, friendly and pleasant to work with maneuvering through changes in special orders, and deliveries.

Returned for back ordered items. Did some additional shopping and an associate recognized us from a previous visit to the store more than a month ago. Friendly and very helpful associates.

Associates are very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Associates are knowledgably about their departments, and will seek additional support if necessary to answer questions about a product. The store at times is difficult to maneuver through with product "special buys" in the aisles. Overall a good shopping experience.

I live 100 miles from this store but it is my closest HD, so I am glad it is there. Employees are nice. I’ve had some trouble with poor quality lumber, though (Birch Plywood had significant water damage on both ends—every sheet—and wrong pricing on MDF). May consider checking Menards lumber too when making a purchase.
