Bought splicers set,

Out of 15+ HM employees only 2 seemed to be working. No help with item in molding dept. Item falsely marked. It did not say price per lineal ft. Thought per item. If someone had come to help within the 1/2 hour wait & 1/2 hour on check-out maybe could have avoided problem.

The store was stocked about the same as others I've been in. But this time I was helped by a very awesome employee!

The shopping part was great. The cashiers need more training. Customer service is a BIG part of working in retail.

employees are super nice, I loved shopping there, and how nice and helpful employees were, he was very kind, knowledgable only thing that I am very concerned about is the a/c it was way to hot in there, it felt like I was outside,

I was able to purchase an LG washing machine and have a great experience thanks to John in the appliance department who was terrific to deal with!

The 3 times that I have had a custom order it takes 30 minutes to get my product or i do not get my entire order and have to go back.

Worst experience of my life. I requested a solid core interior door, however when I arrived home (which is a 2 hr drive) I noticed it wasn’t solid and to top it off the door is damaged. I purchased 3 items, the associate that loaded them in my truck didn’t seem to have a care in the world, after waiting 45 mins I hunted down a mgr who didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. They lost my business.

Two employees, Jacquelyn and Michael, literally saved this review from being a 2 star review. We traveled 2 hours to the location to pick up some materials in bulk quantities and never imagined that a store like home depot would only have 1 forklift operator throughout the store, our wait was very long. Michael had clearly been non stop for God knows how long in the heat that day loading for customer after customer, when it was our turn he did it with a smile and positive attitude. Jacquelyn had gone above and beyond answering all of our questions at the register regarding bulk items and applying promotions. I hope they both are rewarded for their dedication that day and I hope they are working next time we visit.

I love this store just wish they could have better help during the day who can lift stuff and not need the help of my 12 year old daughter

Try any other store in town this group of children (never saw anyone over 21 working in the store) are trying to run a store and have no clue how. They apologize a lot and never follow through.

Appliance being sought was not on the floor but the store associate was very professional and friendly with ordering, arranging for delivery and installation of appliance at my home 60 miles from store.

I went in for wood paneling saw 2 young men associates,advised them where was the wood paneling in this BIG store, one guy ask the other associate, he said I didn’t know, both guys didn’t know... I just walked and looked for it myself... I always see that no one goes the extra mile fore customer service. I loaded my own cart w 5 paneling and received my large insulation with no help loading or unloading...that’s how customer service is done in Gardencity KS USA just like to sayen” DO IT YOURSELF!!!!”
