clean store,great custumer service

The associates at the appliances were great help. We were helped by Chuck and Ross and they definitely helped us make our shopping experience a great one.

If you want store clerks who are patient and work hard to find answers for you and who do all they can to meet the customer's needs, then stop in the Home Depot in Garden City. Very nice employees who want to make your shopping experience as uncomplicated as possible. I really appreciated the help we received from both Chuck and Roy. Nice guys in the appliance department. We'll be back.

We are glad to have Home Depot within 35 miles where we live, it is very handy to do projects with their available products. Very happy with the friendly workers in the store.

One of the floor employee took her time and did everything she could to found a item that we did purchase. Also, the cashier that checked us out was very friendly and took her time explaining the transaction. Very happy with the experience, keep up the great work.

Yes, Anita and others in the store were very helpful. I would not order over the phone or if you do, have them verify spell everthing back to you. The spelling mistakes on my phone order only had my e-mail address correct. So when I tried to make changes on the website the web site blocked my entry. 5 phone calls later couldn't fix it! I had to cancel the order and then go to the store and reorder. But Anita worked through the mess for us! In store help was Great. Internet and phone order, not so great.

I was very impressed with the assistance in flooring and the young man that help me with a heavy box to my vehicle.

Ross in Appliances was very helpful. This transaction was a a few steps up from the past few visits I've had there.

We went in to buy appliances for our kitchen remodel, and Chuck helped us out and he was so knowledgeable with the appliances, and any questions we asked. I really enjoyed working with Chuck. He didn't act like I was a bother when I was trying to make up my mind, he was very patient and kind.

I received great customer service from the Service Department. I needed a saw fixed. They went out of their way to help me.

My cashier, Jacquelyn, was kind, courtious, and effieciant as a was checking out of the store. The store is generally always clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work

Joe and Chuck in the windows and doors department were extremely helpful in helping me choose, pay for and set up delivery of a bathroom vanity with sink, a medicine cabinet mirror, and a Delta faucet. To be delivered to my parents home

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I have several projects going on and I am sent to get items that I don't know and the staff is always there to help me get the right items by showing them a picture or name of items that I need.

Chuck in the appliance/washing machine department is an excellent employee.

In my opinion this store is the go to place in our area for everything you need for home improvement projects. They will have what you need, and knowledgeable people to help if you need assistance.

No customer service, employees ignore customers when they are hauling heavy flooring thru the store. Had an associate roll their eyes because they had to move out of the aisle so we could make it thru. Would never ever shop in this store in the future. We traveled an hour and a half to purchase flooring and would have received better care and treatment in a home town store paying double. Definitely would recommend shopping elsewhere.

The Store was clean and well stocked with a large variety of products. Sometimes the products weren't where we thought they would be but when we asked your employees knew where they were.

The Garden City Home Depot was very clean and organized. We required help several times during our 5 hr shopping visit and several of the employees were very helpful and friendly.
