Outstanding collection of trees shrubs and plants with the best prices around. Team member Vince is the go to guy for anything concerning the garden center- and he’s allways happy to talk to you.

I have been going to this store for a few years now after I moved to the area. I prefer this store out of all the others as everyone is very helpful. In the painting section they are always there with advice and knowledge about painting for your projects and we have gotten advice multiple times from the painting team and saved us a lot of time and money due to their recommendations. The Rental team is also very knowledgeable and they have a vast array of tools and vehicles to rent which makes the process a lot easier. All the other departments we went to have all been nice with always an interest in the projects we work on and encouragement to do more self home projects.

I bought and paid for high end cafe refrigerator and dishwasher. Both installed broken and I believe installers knew it. Went w/o refrigerator and dw for 6 weeks and no one at the store cared!

I had the best experience on my washer & dryer purchase. The manager Dennis, employees Sarah Knowledgeable, Janet knowledgeable as well & gives you great advice on promos & Kathy has the best customer service. All are great at what they do.!

The ability to be able to go online and find the aisle and bin location of the items I am looking for enables me to quickly find what I want.

Appliance department has some very knowledgeable employees

I am always so grateful for the workers! Very helpful and educated, they’re always helping this independent woman find what she needs without making me feel uneducated about whatever new tool I need for the next project!

I could not believe how incompetent the garden center employee, Jon, was. He not once offered to help me, could not print my receipt and I ended up with the wrong soil. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor, Andy, had a worse attitude! I finally left with the wrong soil to go to a different store. Unbelievable! Neither employee once tried to help, or was knowledgeable. I have a cart full of the wrong soil and they laughed as I left. Where is the professionalism in your store!?

This home Depot by far has hired the best employees to fill it.... I will never shop in another hardware store.

They are very friendly

All the employees of the Geneva Home Depot were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to direct me to the correct departments of which I was needing an item. The Kitchen Designer was great and the design she came up with for my new kitchen design was excellent. I will end up with more counter and cabinet space. She also took Me to different departments in store to look at items that I would need to purchase to complete my kitchen makeover. The appliance person was ablev to help me pick out a couple of appliances needed and run off a copy of the appliance and let me know how much it would cost.and the specific size requirements should I could make sure they fit in the design of the new kitchen!

I recently went shopping for a new refrigerator at the store. The employees that assisted me were knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the service.

Placed an order for product with same day delivery in Naperville after website showed item was available- without my consent or notification my order was redirected to Geneva I received a text message that my order was un-deliverable for same day. Customer service 800-466*3337 was less than helpful insisting that I placed the order incorrectly listing Geneva as the store not Naperville and instructed me to call the store - Geneva - Claire attempted to coerce me into admitting I place the order incorrectly and instructed me to call Naperville- Naperville informed me item was no longer available and told me to contact other stores for item availability- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will not continue to shop nor recommend HOME Depot stores to anyone unless they are looking for disappointments and aggravation - If zero stars were available I would have selected that option

Employees are very friendly and helpful in this store. I highly recommend this hardware store. It has everything I need for my homeowners needs.

I love shopping at this store because everyone is always asking if they can help me find something. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and give good advice. I don’t know a lot about home repairs, but they do, and they always make sure I have everything I need.

No one was helpful. Looking for a gutter screw shown in stock with qty of TWENTY. Employee said "I don't know where else it could be". He didn't call for help or ask anyone else. I found something else similar that would work (with no help from an employee) because I didn't want to drive elsewhere for $3 screws. PS do you need 6-8 employees at the pro desk doing nothing but talking to each other and watching confused customers walking by?

If buying washer and dryer head to Geneva Home Depot and ask for Janet. Very knowledgeable of the different brands

I have bought all my kitchen appliances and front and back doors to my home 20 years ago and all is still fine. I also get all my lawn and garden supplies there for the past 20 years.Dang I could just go on and on now that I think about it. One thing for sure I feel at home in that store.

JULIE, in the paint department at the Geneva store, always goes above & beyond to ensure that we are satisfied customers! At all times, JULIE is extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, & HELPUL. We really appreciate all of her hard work & friendliness!

Kiara, Mack and Matt were awesome to work with. They were very knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase.

Love the people here. Forklift operators are great, friendly, skilled if available...the bad thing is if you expect forklift help be prepaired to wait for them to prioritize loading their inhouse Cardinal delivery trucks for before accomadating waiting customers. unprofessional to make customers wait during business hours for inhouse tasks to be completed. I am told this is manager policy. Don't send an employee who you will need to pay to wait.

Really needed help finding a specific Maytag dryer to replace in my sister's home. Brian worked diligently with patience to find one in stock that was similar to the features I was looking for.

I won't give her name but the lady in paint that waited on me has a know-it-all attitude but is lacking in customer satisfaction qualities.

Vince and Patricia in the Garden Center are amazing, friendly and full of knowledge.

Home Depot is the only place we have ound that larger Edge Bound Area Rugs at good prices
