My favorite Homedepot to visit main because of Aracely .

This particular store is loaded with talent. Any problems you might be having are immediately solved by the associates or they will direct you to someone who is knowledgeable in that area. Many of the departments are managed by employees who previously worked in those fields (eg: The plumbing department the associate used to be a plumber). The store is clean. The associates are friendly and helpful.

This is the best Home Depot in the world! The emplyees are friendly and super helpful!

It took me almost 30 minutes (timed on my phone) to have my money $ refunded at the front desk because 3 of the 4 employees working that area weren't properly trained to do so.

The carpentry and paint supplies are great, and the nursery sales are terrific. The general knowledge of staff is way beyond average, and their creative investment in the uses for their supplies beyond expectations.

I was pleased with all of the help I was given and will continue to get as I go through the process of remodeling my kitchen. The products available meet or exceed my expectations and the subcontractors through Home Depot were prompt in giving me estimates for the project. A full kitchen remodel such as mine that requires removal of soffits, cabinets, counter tops, appliances and flooring has taken me to several different departments. In each department I was helped and given answers to all of my questions. The store itself was exceptionally clean and organized leaving me with the appropriate impression of a store that cares about it's customers.

The store was clean, and as a deaf person, it was easy to communicate with the two men in the paint department, unfortunately didn’t remember their names, but buying 21 gallons of paint was very smoothly especially for Black Friday at 6-7pm. The cashier was very nice and got an associate to help load my car.

Outstanding customer service and friendly and knowledgeable team of associates. I am a new homeowner in Batavia, IL and have visited the Home Depot in Geneva at least every weekend. I have been doing many DIY projects inside and out of my new home. They have been my go to place for everything from plant to paint to tools etc. Great place to shop and to get answers to questions.

I really don't think employees should be walking around buried in their cell phone ( just a few)

The store employees will ignore you unless you deliberately grab one. Luckily the few times I've been there I didn't need anything complicated.

Very knowledgeable sales staff impressed me with how well they listened to my product needs and were able to customize options for me. Everyone friendly at store and sincerely interested from helping with directions to departments to taking the final order. Clear delivery instructions given regarding install of washer and dryer purchased. Could have bougth elsewhere but appreciated the great service provided at this store!

This is a great Home Depot! We made a large purchase of six appliances and Karen was awesome! She spent so much time with us and so knowledgeable! Everyone was helpful and we received such great deals! Thank you!

I absolutely enjoy shopping at this store. Always well stock and meticulously maintain. Employees always very helpful and knowledgeable. On my last visit I purchased 25 bags of soil and some heavy masonry and store employee loaded everything into my car. I try to tip him, but he refused as store policy does not allow tipping.
