Our home depot has a great paint department. We spent a lot of time browsing the paint chips as we're updating the house. While there, husband remembered he needed some topsoil so we wandered down to the garden area and picked up a couple of bags. Then I needed gift cards and they have a very nice kiosk with their cards that can be loaded with as little as $5. That is Hard to find anywhere. I've *always* found flowering plants at their garden center that are lovely & healthy. The employees are Super Friendly and Extremely helpful. Always a fun trip.

I ordered a milwaukee fan as a "free tool" with the purchase of 2 batteries and charger. My order was canceled, saying it wasn't in stock. Website said 3 in stock. I was called later by someone saying they found 1 of the 3. I was told I'd have to drive in and pay full price of $99 in order to get the item, rather than the $66 I was charged in the original order. They wouldn't allow me to pay the sale price. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone instead of heading to camp with my fan. And paid more than I was supposed to.

she did great but i think hd (HOME DEPOT) does not give enough thanks to their employees on the surveys! i asked her did anyone give you feedback and she said i have not seen anything

I to "special order." a set of blinds for an extra large window. The employee who assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly, He was able to get me exactly what I needed, and the price I paid was more than one-half less than the next closest price I quoted.

If you need advice or help picking out carpet or any flooring, look for Todd in the flooring department. Very knowledgeable and full of great advice. I didn't know what I was looking for until I met Todd. My home looks amazing and my friends asked if I had professional help. I said YES. Go see my designer Todd.

Dan in plumbing and Bob in electric never cease to amaze me with their knowledge of what I need and where to find it.

both Jason and Sherri were exceptionally helpful with finding what i needed and making sure i didnt overpay. Jason helped with measuring and cutting the Chain i needed. he also captured the SCU and then worked with Sherri to make sure i was charged properly.

Tanya at the front was very friendly and engaging got me out the doors quickly.

My whole shopping experience was miles ahead of the competition. I am a customer for life. Only at the Home Depot.

Special order Anderson octagon window through the special order dept. Agent was very helpful and communication was great! Always followed up with an email or a phone call if requested. Can't wait for it to get here so I can install it!

I am remodeling one of my rental properties and I like going to this store to buy the products.

Although we are in troubled times especially with finding the right help these days , I have never had an issue with the staff, always pleasant and helpful and in fact have found employees to go above and beyond

Any one who knows, gutting and rebuilding is not easy and is frustrating at times, but going here has taken so much of that away. We have gone to their "competitor" but as far as we are concerned there is NO "COMPETITION," We have been able to easily find what we need on our own and their Excellent Staff is always around to offer assistance. So great to see in tough times they have a Great number of staff always there.

I had purchased an appliance with an extended warranty. The warranty company was not responsive nor was it fulfilling the protection plan it offered. A manager at the Queensbury, NY, store, Nikki, listened to my situation and resolved it for me within a matter weeks. I had been trying for two years! I will not hesitate to ask for the assistance of the store's management team should I need it in the future.

All general purchases/tools are done at this Home Depot. Between it's cleanliness, their well-stocked inventory, and their friendly personnel, it's a no brainer to go!

I am delighted our Queensbury Home Depot is embracing it's company history and focusing on customer service again! Mary, at the checkout is a perfect example of this old school, people pleasing, knowledgeable attitude!

A couple of years ago my wife and I went into the Queensbury/Glens Falls Home Depot and it was a very unpleasant visit to the store and we were ignored for 15 minutes we walked around and no one offered to help us. The last year A DRASTIC CHANGE HAS OCCURRED IN THE SAME STORE. We walk in and as soon as we run into an employee they always ask us, if they can help us. This is a big one, if we ask do they have a item. They tell us the aisle and also which number in the aisle the item is located.

Employees are very kind and very willing to help you find exactly what you need!

PRE ORDER PRODUCT TO PICK UP AT 9AM BUT NOT READY UNTIL 2PM AND NOT ALL THE RIGHT STUFF AND HAD TO GO THROUGH 2 PEOPLE TO GET CREDIT.

I am very impressed on how this store will work with people to obtain financing and payment plans so that they can achieve their goals and complete their projects to improve there quality of life

They carry Behr paint, which I am finding to be high-quality with good coverage. They are also equipped with color-matching technology, which would be very helpful if trying to match existing paint. ( Following the employee’s advice, I am using eggshell finish for the walls and semigloss ultra pure white for the trim. It’s looking great!)
