Great store. Employees are very helpful. Kevin was really helpful and took his time to help me figure out which parts I needed for a plumbing project.

Store is always clean and bright. Items are easy to find, and the employees are always courteous, professional and respectful. This store is a far cry from the Saratoga location.

I drove 45 minutes to get red oak unfinished hardwood flooring they had in stock and found out it was 17$ more than another store that had it in stock. I asked if they would price match and they said no. I’m not going back to this location ever again.

I had need of an Emergency Freezer for the Lake George Food Pantry. The M.O.D. (Matt) and Pro-Desker (Karyn) went above and beyond all expectations to get me up and running as fast as humanly possible and in such a manor that no funds from daily operations were needed to be taken! They make me proud to call store 6160 "my store". Thank You!

Clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. I got assistance quickly. Clerk in painting was very patient, knew so much about the products. Many beautiful colors to choose from.

Kevin helped me out tremendously! I encountered a leak right when we got to our second tonight and the nearest Home Depot is about 1 hour away. Kevin helped me troubleshoot the problem right away and also helped me get the product needed to complete this project at 7 PM on a Friday! Thanks Kevin!!

Amazing customer service and the store is clean. Barry in the paint department was outstanding in his customer service. I cannot say enough about Barry in the paint department and the store cleanliness. I would shop there again and I highly recommend this store.

Michelle at customer service went above and beyond her job description. I needed a product in Dire Straits and her store had it. She not only verified that it was in hand she also held it for me so that my 45 min drive wasn’t for anything.

This store is a pleasure! It is extremely clean and neat. All of the staff we came in contact with was friendly, professional and eager to help! We made an appointment to work with Kathleen in "doors and windows" and we were taken right on time. She couldn't have been more patient and helpful in the daunting task of helping us to select 4 doors for our Adirondack home. The installer, Rich, was equally as professional, courteous, timely and communicative. A+

I love this Home Depot location. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, ... They usually have what I'm looking for and if not then they provide possible alternatives.

The store is well stocked

The store was clean, including the well stocked bathroom. I did find the mortar mix I wanted along with the accessories I needed. I briefly discussed my impending project with 2 different employees who loaded the mortar mix into my cart. I believe were trying to glean information to make sure I was buying the correct products (since I am a semi-elderly woman). That's a big plus in my book-anticipating a customer's needs and possible questions, then addressing those issues. I found them both friendly and knowlegable. My cashier was friendly, quick and accurate. She also called for a helper to get the mortar mix into my car. I rate my visit as very good and the store and the products top notch.

Helpful staff, friendly service! Jim was especially helpful in finding the dehumidifier I was looking for and helping me through the self-checkout and carried it to my car. Great service!

As we entered the store, the cashier "Melanie" greeted us with a friendly "hello". As we checked out, Melanie accurately processed our order in an efficient and professional manner. She was polite, appropriately friendly, and thanked us as we completed the sale, making us feel that Home Depot truly appreciated our business. This left us with a feeling of wanting to return to Home Depot for future purchases.

This store has always been helpful. The staff always point me to the right isle. More recently with the winter storm power outage in our area I called in & they took my order over the phone and held the product for my arrival 1 hour later. THANK YOU HD!

Skip going to exit 15 Saratoga, NY HOME Depot and go to Queensbury ... Todd in flooring, Jim in plumbing, Nikki at customer service, Juliet I'm flooring and Frank Second Key knock it out of the park let alone as making sure you get what you need, not what they want you to sell you

We are ordinary people who attempted to redo our bathroom. Each visit the associates were helpful, considerate, and kind. Being we did not know what we were doing, we had to continuously exchange items and not once did we encounter a negative associate. They were patient and helpful each time. This meant a lot to us. Our new bathroom looks great thanks to the patience of your associates

It's a nice store to shop around for home improvements I wish we had one in Plattsburgh NY

Most all employees were very friendly, all were helpful, wish more Home Depot’s had this kind of mentality! The further south in NY you get, the less of a grip management seems to have over their store. Rude and arrogant, especially when needing assistance. This Glens Falls store was TOP NOTCH, and deserves corporate recognition!!! Great experience as always at that store!!
