Excellent location. Easy to get in and out except at late afternoon rush hour.

Great staff at this store. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are life-savers when doing a project.

For me, this Home Depot location is great! The employees actually know the job they were hired to do. They are always helpful with answering questions, giving advice, helping load materials, ... That is service I don't experience at competitors' stores.

I HAVE USED #6160 QUEENSBURY, Saratoga Springs #1223, Bennington #4551 AND ALL OF THEM ARE AWESOME. THANKS TO THEM ALL associates friendly and helpful able to get assistance found what I was looking for stores were clean

The Glens Falls Home Depot Store is very neat and clean. They have a wide range of everything anyone would need to build, maintain, or upkeep a home, arraigning from lumber, concrete mix, to electric, appliances and a million other products. I recommend you stop here before you go anywhere else for you home improvement needs.

Person named Jim, in Plumbing section, was very knowledgeable and helplful in finding the parts i needed to complete my faucet installation.

Appliance employees were very informative and followup questions were answered quickly and with great interaction and politeness

If you need help with flooring.Go see Todd he is very helpful and full of knowledge. He picked out backsplash for our kitchen and our flooring. And it looks beautiful so happy with the final look.

The store was neat and clean what I saw of it.Went to this store because it had 2 of the JD lawn tractors I wanted to buy the other store closest to me only had 1,Rutland,VT. After finding this out on my phone I chose to go to Queensbury. Phone said it was on sale for $120 off (in Rutland) but I do a lot of my personal and shopping business in Queensbury so I went here,not knowing it is a different district.It doesn't say anywhere on the phone ad that it was this store only.I was told they couldn't honor other stores sale price. I'm sure the store could have made up the differents of a $120 some where seeing as I was spending over $2000. Not happy with sales practices, and the promise of a gift card that is actually a 10 wk wait for a rebate gift card.That assoc. knew nothing about!

Sales associates not only available to help but knowledgeable. Store clean and organized. A variety of styles and price range of grills was on display. Quick checkout and service.

IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED ASK. This store is known for the best employees in this type of store. But you have to know what you want and how to ask for it. Associates can do but so much but they go out of their way to help understand if there is a problem they will do everything possible to solve it unless its out of their hands they can do but so much. Don't get angry they will help with the problem somehow. Other stores will just tell you store policy and walk away... These people at this store are great people been coming here for 7 years and love to go there to shop.

This store consistently provides a rewarding experience. Their staff is friendly and eager to please. You do not have to go crazy looking for someone. They find you, and are eager to please. They are knowledgeable and explain things. They think - by that I mean if they see you holding a lot of items, they get you a shopping cart. They offer to help you to your car. This Home Depot is my "to go" place for my business, home, and garden needs. There is Barry in the Paint Department, Kyle/Hardware, Victor/Bath, & Jordan/Garden...just to name a few exceptional members of the staff there. Thank you, Home Depot!!

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I have shopped at. The staff is very competent and courteous and they go out of their way to assist in any way they can. The store is clean and well stocked.

I 1st called to have items ready for pick up as I was on a time limit I was put on hold several minutes transferred and no one ever picked up so I ended up just going to the store no 1 offered assistance approached a group of staff chatting asked for help there was hesitation 2 of the employees started walking to show me where to go. the item I needed was up high and needed to be taken down by a machine it was clear 1 of the associates was extremely agitated he had to do this as he informed me this was not his department then I was rudely told I needed to get out of the aisle then the extremely heavy items were placed on a Dali and left right there for me to push up front to the register never offered assistance until I got to the register and another associate had asked if I needed help and I most certainly did as I could not even lift that into my car the cashier was friendly however there was a lot going on in the store some of the aisles were taped off and you couldn't get down them just seem like a lot of chaos

I choose to do most of my shopping at this store because the employees are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have never been out of stock of anything I have ever gone there looking for. Prices are very competitive, if not better, too.
