All associates are very knowledgeable, polite and very willing to help find what you’re looking for.

Don’t go to the Pro Desk if you don’t look like a Pro… You will be rudely pushed away and told to go to the cash register around the corner. Gosh, for bid of the employees. Had us get up off the stool. Even if you are a Pro Xtra member, and a Commercial account holder. At least the lady at the cashier register was very polite and nice.

Would like to see prices on all the rocks and stones rather than having the cashier ring me up and I had to return them

I purchase all my home supplies here, good products, fast service, would recommend to friends and family.

I’m thankful for the most part that your stores usually carry what I need for my projects I’m working on.

Cashier Pat, she’s been there forever but is a massive pain in the burr to check out with. Been going here for 20 years and you guys need more “pro’s” and people that want to work in general. The last 3 years or so has gone down hill rapidly in the customer service area. I used to enjoy my trips to the depot, and I’ve spent well over 2 million in this store alone and now I feel it’s a headache to walk in. It’s not this store specifically, just an all around pain because there’s no people to unlock items or help get things from 3-4 shelves up. Also, extremely in-experienced. I don’t think it’s a great thing when I’m the one telling them what is right or wrong. But….tiss the days we live in I suppose.

My experience with home depot bad I never come back and buy anything I bought mover couple weeks ago for 4 k and I find yesterday price dropped down to 500 I try to talk with them to much that price but they was very rude to me , I returned it but with headaches,

I went in for rock salt and windshield wiper fluid. Was so glad they had both in stock. And it was up front, easy to find. Then Charles was so polite and spoke to me before I even saw him. Asked to ring me out. Very polite and professional. Great job. These things matter more than you know. I was able to get in and out in 5 minutes. Love this store.

I was sent to the store for a particular flooring item and had no clue what I was looking for. Employees went out of their way to help me. Particularly Jeanine Rohde-Barthel!!

I BOUGHT A SIDE DOOR FOR MY HOME THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. STAFF ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDEABLE.

I needed an extra set of Christmas lights and a glue gun. I am 81 years old and at checkout realized I had forgotten my wallet, ID and any credit cards; I had $14.00 in cash. The cashier, Donna, suggested opening a credit but I couldn't without ID so, with hesitation, she grabbed her purse and paid the remaining amount !. I am still overwhelmed with her kindness and generosity. I will go back after Thanksgiving to repay her and open up a Home Depot credit card. So thankful to have been treated with such respect and understanding. Many blessings to her and her family and the Home Depot family.

I went to the store needing a few minor items. I did need a snow blower as mine was on it's final legs. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful and one young man went above and beyond to make sure I was helped! I highly recommend this particular Home Depot they're always knowledgeable and helpful.

Why bother having any self check out lanes if you clearly don't trust your customers and now have "assisted self check out"

Great customer service!

Came into buy a 150.00 cordless ratchet. Asked for help to unlock cabinet. Two employees said that’s not my department and kept walking without offering to help. Asked employee for help at rental desk. Waited 10 minutes for someone to not show up. Finally got a level and knocked item down from upper shelf so I could make a purchase. Employee stood there and watched and never offered help whatsoever. What a customer service experience!

I shop at a Home Depot store in the Rochester area at least twice every week of the year. The Greece store #1244 is definitely the one I prefer. Like every place these days they have some employees that are not up to the task but their full time people are superb. Every department will get the job done for you when you need them. Also, the store is clean and the products are where they belong in the morning when we contractors don’t have time to sort through stuff that other customers tossed into the wrong place. I am an older guy and the phone apps/perks can be confusing for me but these people always get me through it unlike a couple of the other stores that tend to be condescending. Good store

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

I have been at the store twice recently and the customer service has been beyond reproach. I had keys made (they all worked), and purchased all the hardware I needed for a backyard project without having to waste any time searching for it. THANK YOU!

The male employee standing at the inside entrance was hostile and slammed me cart back into the stall in a very obvious way to make me and my feel intimidated by his actions of tough superiority. His anger was clearly displayed on his face and actions. This happens regularly in the Greece, New York Home Depot

I went to buy paint, Tracy and Mark who worked in the dept were very attentive.

The patients and helpfulness of the customer service all through the store from the time you walk into the time you check out at the West Ridge Rd. store is hands down the best
