Manager did not want to adjust price on an item the store will discontinue. I had to adjust my project due to this issue. Trying to buy more the price went up, asked for price change Manager decided not to do it.

I have been going on and on about this to anyone that will listen and wanted to make sure i shared with home depot team. During the first few days when covid closed everything down i had a drain back up. I went to home depot in greece and they had just closed. Employees were locking the doors when i pulled up. I didn't know what to do or where to go. I was at a loss. One of the employees ran in and grabbed me a bottle of draino. She was my hero that night and i will forever be a loyal home depot shopper. I sing your praises daily. Thank you again.

I am frequently in this store for many projects at home. What I need is always there or soon delivered.

Need 40" of a 2X4 and would have paid for 8' but Ashley showed me wood that had flaws but was perfect for what I needed. She saved me money and was attentive to me from beginning to end. I am so grateful. Great customer service by everyone there. Cindy

don't know how much you're paying her, but Barb in the Light Bulb Dept deserves a Merit Increase after rescuing me from buying the wrong replacement Light Bulbs for two different fixtures in my Kitchen. Installed it when I got home and everything works perfectly. Thank you !

I especially like that they have staff at the exit door to make sure you were helped to find what you were looking for. Also I think it cuts down on shoplifting in a friendly way

Employee named Shannon is very rude and disrespectful

Went to flooring & finally found a salesperson. He couldn't find the product for 15-20 minutes. It was on a pallet in the aisle. Couldn't answer questions about moulding. Sent me to flooring department to cash out instead of taking me there. Very unprofessional. Victor store is much better. Went to Greece because product was there.

I went in looking for a Christmas tree that was on sale but by the time I got there from another store they where sold out but the manager of gardens came to help me and he was friendly and very attentive. He gave me a major discount on one of their display tree which was a foot taller then the tree I was looking for. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had at Home Depot and it was my first time at the Greece store.

My hot water heater went. I went to Home Depot and they have a service where they called a phone number. that told me my options, I bought a tank and they got a plumber. It took about ten minutes and was very easy!

Employees can’t do their job and the customer care sucks. It’s nothing but a hassle going in there, I’m going back to Lowe’s where as there I’ve never had a problem. Friendly employees, great customer care, and just a better environment
