I will not rewrite my review as you apparently already read it. You just don't like the fact I mentioned a competitor

The employees are always pleasant and eager to help.

I was shopping for a Storm Door and also Trex Decking. Jeanine first listened to me, showed me different door's and I picked one of the doors lshe had suggested. I liked the quality and the easiness of switching from window to screen. Jeanine explained an Installer would be calling me to set up the date and time for installing the door. Next we picked a Trex color for my deck along with the Universal Fastener Combination Packs I would need to get the job done. The Trex was ordered and I would received a call when it arrived. My door has been installed and my deck should be completed in a day or so. I'm happy with the service I received from Jeanine. Jeanine was friendly, very knowledgeable and very accurate on my purchases being both Installed and Delivered!

Clean and easy to find products

My family has always had great experiences at this Home Depot location in particular. The staff is great and they always go the extra mile for us.

Because of the virus I called a had a time to see if the product was there because sometimes on line it says one thing but it's not true but he told me that it was there to ask for mark and he did a wonderful job he had a waiting for me I told my would be there at 12 just fantastic

Staff at paint dept were fabulouse cashier was very pleasant store has ALWAYS what you néed

Employee, Ed, very helpful in helping me find the product I was looking for. the store was very clean and Ed was extremely friendly as well as helpful. He saved me a lot of time and I appreciated that you have electric cart for me to get around. I am 79 and have a hard time walking.

Shannon at customer service is extremely rude. She does not have a good customer service attitude

If you get Patricia to cash you out you will see what a sweet, helpful lady she is.

The associates at this store are always eager to assist no matter how busy they may be. They will drop what they are doing and help with a customer's question or concern at any time. I truly appreciate the service provided at this location.

Only One cashier on duty! You have to use self check out to pay for your items. I am not a store employee & do not receive a discount. I will shop at my local hardware stores.

The Greece Home Depot is very neat and clean, the employees are very helpful and friendly. It is very easy to find anything you need in the store.

Overall the store is overworked and employees are inattentive to customers. Items that are not immediately on the shelf as listed on the in-store app are a burden to get for the customer that's in store. Items listed as "In-Stock" are not actually in-stock depending on if the employee has to go get a ladder to retrieve the item that is out of stock on the shelf but in stock in the high racks. 6 of an item were listed in stock. After going to cust srv and waiting an addl 10 min the item was not found and I was told "too bad so sad, Greece location has 11 in stock, try them"

workers walk you to what ever you need always friendly, when you ask them about something you don't feel like you are bothering them

They must be feeding employees happy pills. I got asked 3 times on a one item purchase if I needed any help or assistance. It felt nice to be a customer.

This particular store is a pleasure to shop in! The associates are always so helpful and courteous. Unlike the competition, there are always enough associates to help when I need them. I came in to purchase blinds, and did so with the help of Sam. She went out of her way to assist me in a timely, polite and knowledgeable manner.

Good please to shop , staff is well versed in products and willing to help.
