The front service desk is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, store associates are kind, patient with my many questions and 'what if_s', respectful, and friendly. Tool rental folks are just tops. They always have great suggestions for the many issues I have with my home repairs/upgrade projects. Shelves are stocked with the latest design items, and many (if not all) of the needed parts every home requires for maintenance and repairs. It's really a one stop shop for so many things. Even advice on how to fix things (plumbing, roofing, electrical, and flooring). Thank you Home Depot for all your faithful employees.

Sub par customer service at best ! Cashier at pro desk recorded me performing my debit transaction on the stores pin pad with her cell phone. Extremely rude and confrontational when I asked why she was doing that, I could see plain as day her camera roll open with the recording on her phone screen when she set it down. When I asked what she was doing cashier was extremely rude and confrontational. Complete lack of follow up from store management in regards to such a concerning issue. More concerning than this issue itself it seems as if management at the store really does not care about their customers. This is my second instance in less than a year or something of this magnitude occurred at this store and management does not seem to care. This employee blatantly tried to steal my card information, and it feels nothing has been done about it. Who knows how many others she has done this to, who did not catch her in the act!

We have shopped and chosen Home Depot first for what is needed for our home over the last 25 years or more. Interior and exterior paint has been purchased often and mostly at Home Depot #1244. As have most of our services and goods for our home. The paint department no longer offers all samples of previously purchased paint for small touch ups on walls and surfaces. Instead quarts of paint must be purchased at a cost of $20 per quart to make tiny repairs on walls!

Today I stopped into the store on behalf of the company I work for. I needed an item that I didn't know the store would carry. From the greeter, to the first employee I asked to help me, through Jim, the employee who found just what I was looking for and made sure it fit the item I'd brought in, to the Monique, the cashier - this was a wonderful, and rather quick trip! Everyone I encountered acted as if they really enjoy their job, and that's something not easily faked. I highly recommend this store!

Favorite Home Depot store to shop at! Everyone is so helpful! Employees treat me with such kindness! I will come back here for sure! :)

Marcia Niebch our flooring specialist was above and beyond any sales representative I have ever worked with. She is the definition of customer service and should be training the rest of your staff.

Almost every time I have visited the Home Depot on Buffalo Rd in Rochester NY I have found what I was looking for on my own but when I needed assistance, there was usually someone who worked there available to point me in the right direction!

The staff, 3 people were involved, helped me with ordering a table and they made it able using my military discount Please pass on my thank you to the store staff

I had a good experience with the store and with the manager, in particular. Despite being a big corporate store, the manager (Sean) was able to help me and not make it a bureaucratic process.

Everyone was helpful and had HUMOR.... glum staff makes for boring journey to store, we don't shop, it is an event, clean well stocked and the website helped. Thanks

I had a great experience when visiting this store no complaints

The store is a basic home improvement store. The layout is simple to use and find what your looking for. Most employees are helpful if you can find someone to help you. A few female employees at the customer service desk/ return could use a refresher on customer service. Or find a job that doesn't require customer service. Attitude and being called a B under her breath because I insisted on manager is not professional. Over all it's a basic home improvement store. Prices are pretty fair and they carry on to great quality in products. I can usually find what I'm looking for and don't have to shop around for items.

We needed an exterior door. We worked with Jeanine who was exceptional. She made all the difference in our shopping experience. She is extremely #1 knowledgeable, #2 patient, #3 professional and #4 personable.

It's got everything but can be a bit overwhelming to.look through. Prices are reasonable and staff are helpful and polite.

Although staffing is thin, they go the extra mile to ensure you have what you are looking for and need. Even though we are experiencing this pandemic, the store and staff are very accommodating and always keep their products stocked and available. The waiting is minimal on check-out and the staff is superb, always eager to help. The store appeared organized, well stocked and clean...

Karl in the paint department knows his stuff and will take care of all of your needs. He finds solutions to problems you hadn't thought of just reviewing the project with him. Anything paint... He's your man.

I payed for a new tool it a box. I opened the box right after I bought it and I given a used tool with missing and wrong parts! I asked for manager twice and they would not come see me!

Terrible customer service. I needed a couple lengths of chain link and couldn't find anyone to help. So, I went and asked an associate stocking a shelf nearby. He told me I'd have to find someone in hardware because that wasn't his area. Wow. The correct answer would have been "sure, let me find someone who can help you!" The second person I asked said it wasn't his area but that he would try to find someone for me. Better answer, except that after 10-minutes waiting no one ever showed up to help. I left the store without the chain I needed. Your competitor had the same chain in stock, thankfully.
