I like the wireless 3 position switch (two different lights you can choose from and the 3rd for the exhaust fan). and the countless light colors that are simple to access. And the best part is the blue tooth speaker system.

The elastic cord for my luggage cart broke and I purchased a pair of bungee cords to replace it. Short story, quick purchase. All the employees encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We received a Ryobi Pressure Washer for Christmas this past year which stayed new in box in our garage until April. We opened it and put it together only to find that inside a perfectly sealed and undamaged box to be a crack in the motor and oil leaked out everywhere. I brought it to my local Home Depot and did not have a receipt. I discussed at length with the Store Manager, whom eventually agreed to exchange it for the same product. It is so nice to see Home Depot stand behind their products and do the right thing vs. sending an employee on a wild goose chase of a Warranty Repair on a clearly Damaged Item. An unfortunate situation made right by a very awesome MOD, Michael. Thank you Michael!

It’s alright the store just wish they had better employees that want to help you

I needed to find two exact Bali shades to replace for a client. Michael was knowledgeable, polite and helped us take care of our client!

It's not as big as some home depots but the folk there are friendly and they usually have what I need.

I go to HD at least 3 times a week. For me, HD is looks like a Mall. I love to be there.

We always find the help and advise we need at this location.

I have had better experiences with diarrhea than shopping there today.

I hadn't checked out the store until today as I'm new to the greater Greenfield area so I was super impressed as I made my way around the store and needed to get a feel for the layout. Anyway as the staff was uniformly keen to assist me with some wood stove related questions I realized it's not as large of a Home Depot so the on hand stove supply choices were limited but the staff was so welcoming I wound up strolling the aisles and noticed a discontinued item that nicely completed my Milwaukee cordless tool collection instead.

I got paint today and my experience went well even in this busy season.

I love the Greenfield MA Home Depot because it's not as HUGE as other HD stores in the area; this makes things easy to get to with no mile-long walks to get to them! The Associates are very friendly and professional - and always willing to render an assist when needed. I've interacted with several store managers for one reason or another and they've always shown the upmost respect for me and for my concerns; in EVERY interaction, I walk away fully satisfied. This is an awesome store and I highly recommend a visit when you are in the area - even if you don't really need anything!

No self-checkout lanes, no lockers and only one lane is operating. Employees are literally running away from you when you have a question. My cashier Jeff was rude for no reason. I’ll try not to return to this store in the future.

I have complained about this in multiple "surveys" to no avail. The wild bird feed section in the garden center of this store is consistently a mess with bird poop all over the bird seed bags and suet (the garden center has openings that birds and other critters can use to get in). Bags of seed often have holes in them from the birds/critters. It is a very unpleasant buying experience to pick through cases of suet, for example, to find one with the least amount of poop/pee stains and then still have to wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe before putting it in the car. Again, I have complained multiple times, but they must not actually read those receipt surveys (or don't care). They should at least cover the shelving tops to reduce all the crud that falls down on to the bags of seed and suet. Better yet, put this section back in the store itself where it was a few years back.

You can depend on the store to have what you need to get the job done. The staff at this location does a terrific job. I drive 40 minutes to this location because there is really no competition

Today Home Depot sales people were very friendly and helpful.

We needed wire by the foot and they were very quick to help and were very friendly. Then, I was questioning an item as it rang up at the register and the cashier, Steven was awesome about it. He showed me his screen and didn’t proceed with the transaction until Inwas satisfied with the pricing. Very attentive and friendly. Great overall experience.

I'm totally not handy. Except for a hammer and a few screwdrivers I don't even own any tools. Several employees helped me find the materials I needed to complete a project even when I had some difficulty explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Thank you very much!

Curtis at the Greenfield MA store was very helpful. But, I was looking for three items that were not to be found. If HD wants more survey feedback, it should simplify the process by reducing the entries needed to access the survey.
