Store is clean and easy to navigate. Front end staff is friendly and helpful. Cashier Rachael makes any day cheery with a brigh, happy attitude and a competent professional demeanor no matter how early you shop. Give that girl a raise and do whatever you can to keep her!

Always friendly staff!

This is a great Home Depot great employees and what the city of greenfield needs wish the store could be bigger.

Store experience, great! Although after arriving home, I realized that I left a possession of mine behind, tried calling the store several times to inform and ask if someone brought it to the desk as I live nearly an hour away. But to no avail stayed on the line over 40min at a time to no answer! Trued connecting to different departments, no answer! Do you not answer your phones???

Small store compared to other HD stores in the area but clean and the staff is friendly! Avoid any cashier named Brook unless you really want a Home Depot Credit Card, or like being bullied to get one. The rest of the early morning staff will start your morning with a smile.

This Home Depot always has employees who are willing to help you. If they see you may be floundering they always ask if I need help. Customer service is superb!

I called into the Home Depot in Greenfield to return an item that I purchased online. The reason for returning the item was down to an unsatisfactory dialogue with a Home Depot Online Supervisor. At the store, I was greeted upon entry by Sue (employee at Greenfield). Sue listened attentively to my concerns. She completely understood my frustration with the response I received from the Home Depot Online Support Team. Sue was able to resolve the issues and provide a satisfactory solution. Thank you Sue for your wonderful customer care and attention.

Staff was no helpful. The store has no social distancing in place. The store is so crowded you can’t move.

I am from New Jersey where there are many Home Depots. The staff is always helpful. However, the Greenfield, Mass store employees are incredible. They will walk you to find the item(s) you are looking for, always offer assistance, and very courteous checkout!

Store was clean and saw friendly smiles and energy.

Especially helpful employee in paint dept today. Helped me figure out a stain and matched it and it worked perfectly for a small job covering up worn out areas of kitchen cabinets. Because she asked if I could get by with just the sample size can, it cost me next to nothing. I always have a great experience in this store. Last week, I got a great deal on a small freezer that I wasn't even looking for.

My cashier was very helpful and so kind.

Poor customer service. I needed some stain mixed and was made to feel like I was bothering him. He told me he didn’t think he carried what I needed but never checked to make sure. Cashier at checkout was very rude.

Several employees offered to help me find what I was looking for.

If you're looking for anything that will help make your home better, the best place to go is the Greenfield Home Depot. The employees there are wonderful and will be of enormous help to you.

People at the Courtesy booth were very helpful and friendly. And the cashier gave me $50 off my order for applying for a credit card, which I was approved for!! I love this Home Depot because people throughout the store are always asking if I need any help, and I usually do.

Quite frankly I don't care if I do have pay sales tax to purchase at this store--the help and advice is worth anything extra I need to pay. Not to mention the fact that I never seem to have to lift or haul things---the staff is always willing to help and is very friendly--they do it with a smile and I leave feeling like I got everything I need for my projects and that if I have any problems they'll actually answer the phone and help me. Best store in the system---can't get help like this in California.

My high rating is based on one employee, Mark in Millwork. Mark In millwork was patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by an employee walking down the isle. He said, “How are you, how are you doing? Is there anything I can help you find?” I mentioned what I was looking for and had an idea of what I was looking for. He walked me directly to where my item was. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I said no and he said to have a great night and to thank me for coming to Home Depot. I wish I got his name. Then at the cash register the cashier was smiling under her mask, which was obvious. She asked if I found everything ok and I said yes. We passed pleasantries and she wished my daughter and I a good night and to be safe. I think my receipt says her name is Dabney. I’m not sure. But she was in her teens or her twenties. I enjoyed this visit and will tell anyone who’ll listen what a great night it was there. Thank you for doing everything you do and doing it well.

Michelle was the first employee we spoke with and she was outstanding. Her knowledge of the product was impressive (to the point where she knew we would need to be able to carry a certain tonnage of weight in our vehicle and checked with us to make sure we could carry it). Our cashier Jesenia was very upbeat and positive and explained everything. Carlos was once again amazing and very supportive and Jake was a great help as well. Could not have asked for better customer service!

Today we visited your store and upon first interaction with one of your employees who must have been having a bad day, we were impressed, but another employee (Ethan) came over (off the clock) and assisted us right away. He reached out to another employee (Carlos) and they both were able to load our truck promptly, safely and with excellent customer service!

You can see that HD is keeping a limited number employees to help customers. It took a very long time to get someone to help me load.

Michael Beattie in the flooring/window treatment department is old school customer service. He is knowledgeable, patient, attentive and friendly. He ought to be doing customer service trainings for Home Depot!!

There is an employee in the garden department that is absolutely amazing he is willing to help in all departments and really knows his stuff and if he doesn’t know he will get you the answer So when you visit this store look for Shane in garden

Sales clerks very friendly and helpful

We did find what we were looking for. We had very good customer service. The store was very clean and we felt safe during Covid 19.
