I loved that the Greenfield Home Depot has a drive-through help with loading my heavy purchase into my car. Great service for us 80-year-olds.

They always have a big selection of house plants,annuals and perennials at great prices

I visited the paint department a few times while I'm doing a project and Kevin is always so helpful. Remembers my name and has a ton of knowledge and helpful advise

I went in to the Greenfield location and had a great experience. Kevin in paint was very patient and knowledgeable. I had almost 30 gallons of paint to mix and he did so very efficiently and was able to get me going very quickly. Thanks Kevin!

Shannon helped us today so much! She went above & beyond and didn’t stop u til we were happy. This long exhausting frustrating appliance purchase/return has been a nightmare. We spoke w so many other Home Depot reps. But Shannon got it! Fixed it right away! I’m so happy we walked into the greenfield store today!

I shop at this store quite often and so far have had good experiences. The store is smaller than most and so I also shop on line and have it shipped to the store with great results. I have ordered shades and had them installed by Home Depot. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when they finished, I also ordered many appliances there and they were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

My first visit to this location. Had great levels of stock in plumbing and the staff were very nice and proactively helpful. One gentleman helped me find what I needed as I stared at the displays and then cashier Lana (hope I got that right) saw me struggling with some unwieldy materials at checkout, came over, offered help AND had a nice conversation as a bonus on a Friday night. I’ll be back for sure.

Shout out to Greg at customer service! Proof there is no such thing as “unskilled” labor, the staff here works hard and smart. Hope they are making a living wage because the quality of the customer service here is worth $35 an hour & a health plan.

Sara is the best cashier she should be made front end manger with her there Home Depot would run so much more smooth she is honest I see here keeping this employee in tiptop shape and you guys need more people like her

We were very pleased with the selection and availability of refrigerators, and the salespeople were extremely helpful, going above and beyond.

The manager at customer service was extremely rude and dismissive to me and her coworkers. She falsely claimed HD is not a dealer of a product I purchased from them and was trying to return, and then called the store manager to "explain it to me." The store manager completely disagreed with her assessment, and gave me the refund. Bad manager, which reflects badly on the store overall. I'll drive further away for a store with better customer service.

Customer service : During the last two years during COVID-19 there’s been a sharp decline in employees and customer service there’s no one in the store to help. Things are slowly starting to turn around.

store manager treated me like a criminal and refused to take my $300 return still in the pkg I guess they are doing well enough they don't need my $300,000 per year shopping at this and the Keene store
