Second water heater went out this year, thankfully this one was in the garage and didn’t take the house out of use. Was having the worst of weeks. In the worst of months, would’ve been so much worse for me If I had gotten a less sweet person, I’m sure I was losing composure when this cashier, Diane, she greeted me and made sure I had everything needed for the install. If not for her I would’ve had to go to a different store to get couples from my water heater because in my frustration I had just got the water heater box I didn’t get the kit or parts, so she saved me a trip. She saved me some stress. She gave me a smile and just in general helped calm me down from the awfulness I was dealing with. She didn’t make me feel like I was a chore. I really hope somebody tells her how great a job she’s doing.

I bought discount succulents from Mars In the hanford garden, she was very helpful. Some of them are nearly doubled in size and blooming! So happy I visited the hanford home depot

Have worst cashiers I’ve ever encountered ,

I’ve been shopping at the store for years and I usually have a good experience. But lately, over the last couple years, I feel like the store is always shorthanded whatever I need help.

This is the second time we've ordered cabinets. Armando has been amazing each time. He is efficient, accurate, helpful with our budget and easy to get ahold of. You need more Armandos in all of your departments. He is a huge asset to the Hanford store and Home Depot overall.

He is so helpful and knowledgeable!! Took the time to help me fi d what I needed and show me exactly how to do it.

She went beyond to help me she was so nice. I like that

If you are looking to redo your flooring go to the HOME Depot in Hanford CA. Ask for James Woolem. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. Old style customer service lives on!

No matter what I need I go to carpet in the back because the same 3-4 people in carpet will help me with everything in the store. Including getting orders placed from online.

Bought closet stuff n came back for storage.

Make sure to see Kimmy when you go to checkout, she is always in a good mood and has a great attitude and a great smile!

We purchased 2 Husky garage storage racks. The Home Depot staff helped us put them in our cart, and they put them in our car carefully. The Husky garage storage racks were easy to assemble and they fit perfectly in our garage. The great storage capacity has given us room to park our car in the garage. Thank you Home Depot!!

I bought his fan (Lasko circulating 3 blade) at the beginning of the summer. It runs all the time at my place and keeps it considerably cooler. Plus it is quiet. I have knocked it over many times and it just keeps on working. Great Fan

The customer service provided by Patrick was the reason for this shopping experience being much better compared to other home improvement stores. Patrick was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and listened to my descriptions of what I needed for my home improvements projects.

We bought a washer and dryer and let me tell you,Gerald S. was very helpful. Price was right and we couldn't be more satisfied with our items and the service at our local Home Depot.

Todays shopping experience was one we will never forget. We understand that we still have Covid lingering around, but as people, and humans that go out in out in public would APPRECIATE human interaction. Todays visit we shopped for an entire hour and not one associate for Home Depot said a word to any customer that passed by and we witnessed about 3 associates in deep conversations near the paint area where we needed service. We also went to get paint mixed and the associate told us we had to purchase a higher priced brand of paint? Instead of $20 we paid $30. We were very Surprised that we did not receive stirring sticks on this visit as well, as those are usually included. On this visit, we felt that associates avoided us at all costs. Your customers should never be walking around frantically searching for anything in this huge store. That is what happened to us on this visit today. After walking around for a while, we just self checked out. Also, we did not receive a greeting or any social interaction from the associates hiding near the checkout stands. Home Depot, your customer service needs an EXTREME IMPROVEMENT ASAP!

Sandra walked me to the item I needed and assisted me with another item to purchase. Ended up buying a cordless Ryobi Hedge Trimmer.
