Went this morning and bought some Lava rock, not only was the people in garden more than happy to help get down the amount I needed from too high up, they practiced wonderful safety precautious as well. Sandra really went above and beyond to make sure it was a great time spent.

The last three times I checked out at the gardening center it was the same cashier. She is the most obnoxious person and very condescending. I tried to use my military discount. The conversation went, “We have been telling people since January they can’t use their IDs for a discount.” Big sigh. “You have to go online and sign up for an account. Answer some questions and then we will give the discount.” Said like I’m an idiot. I told her it’s not that easy, I’ve gone online three times to do it and was not successful. “You have to do it on your phone. You have to download the app and create an account. Otherwise, you aren’t getting any discount.” Again, with the attitude. I’m really not interested in spending my money someplace that states there are military discounts but turns out it requires a smart phone. There are many, many military retirees that do not have smart phones and aren’t computer literate. Many can’t afford them. This is discriminatory. You either have a discount or you don’t. In solidarity with all of them, I choose not to shop at Home Depot. Besides, the other stores cashiers doesn’t give me attitude when I check out.

Workers are knowledgeable in just about anything you can think of and can tell you where everything‘s at about right near to a T. And it’s done efficiently. I’m not usually not in there too long getting in and out always been fairly quick and everybody’s usually smiling

If you need something at this Home Depot I would say to find James! He was absolutely amazing! Very educated and most of all kind! He cut our 2 sets of blinds and all with a smile! Thank you James for paying it forward with your smile!

I buy all my tools and materials from Home Depot, but the store in Hanford is my favorite. I’m in there so often that I know most of the employees and when I bring my dog they are always so nice to him. I highly recommend any Home Depot, especially the Hanford store!

Delivery company would not drill holes for a new rack for microwave if old rack would not work for over the range

I have purchased the Echo brand Chainsaws and blower and what a difference with good tools.

My boyfriend would buy his nails guns or any carpentry tools and they all work the best for least 3-5 months or up until a year. Him and I both love the Hanford CA Home Depot store and we come here alot often over the years to upcoming months. Thank you home Depot

I had planned on building an outdoor storage shed but had to cancel that due to the outrages price of OSB plywood. Being on a fixed income, I simply could not afford it.

The reason for this review is to acknowledge one of your associates that always greets me with a smile as I come into the store, and thanks me for shopping here again. Her name is Juanita, your garden cashier. Even when she has lines, she always makes certain that I have everything for my projects, and Thanks me for coming back to your store. Kudos should go out for this associate, for she takes her job seriously. Seems that this area of the store is forgotten from the rest of the store. Like nobody wants to work outside in the heat, but Juanita takes it in stride...a true trooper that she is.

Overall great experience every time I go in.

I have noticed a major change at the Hanford Home Depot, it went from being a store I hated to go into to one that I look forward to shopping in and has become my go to hardware store. Not sure what happened but please keep up the good work.

Thalia is THE BEST cashier! I wish other people at this store was as awesome as her! Simple return, but she seemed genuinely concerned about my day and my return. Other than that, not overly impressed with the other associates.

The customer service ladies are great! Beliaria, Jessica, Sam, Bella, Sandra, and even Anthony are a great team together. They work hard. They are friendly. The help each other and make sure the customers are taking care of. Couldn't ask for better ladies or customer service!

I don't always enjoy going to home depot because sometimes they are out of stock of things I need, but Jessica and AJ really helped me out and are two of the friendliest employees there.

Let me say that manager Lily is awesome. She resolved an issue that no other employee's have been able to. Not e we plus the store in visalia help with.

I was lucky to receive outstanding customer service from Areli with ordering a Benzara Corner Rack and able to apply my military discount as well. Her pleasant personality and professional was outstanding. Doesn't get any better than that. She is a real asset to the Hanford Store and if there is a Employee of the Month, Areli has my vote.

Jessica was a great help. She is kind and friendly and makes sure that the customer is always satisfied.

On November 18, I went to Home Depot to purchase a food disposer. There was a disposer on special, unfortunately, it was not located with the others. After several attempts to locate the item, several store associates and I set out to locate it. All employees were great, however one in particular, "Ernie" never gave up. He found the item and found me in the store. He was simply wonderful with an incredible attitude. I thanked him many times.

I shopped there on 10-14-20. The associate who helped me went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed and then, because they were heavy, loaded them and helped me carry them out. Overall, excellent service.
