Easy to find products, employee's who not only know where stuff is, but know their stuff and dont just hide somewhere but are easily found and helpful. Love this place!! As a Veteran with severe Anxiety issues when it comes to crowds and strangers, I can tell you that this Home Depot is one that Ive never had an issue with and I look forward to going each time. Warm, inviting, and helpful!

Horrible experience remodeling our kitchen it's been 5 months and our project is still incomplete and very delayed. Only half cabinets were ordered had to reorder more cabinets numerous of times then when cabinets finally received mostly all cabinets were scratched. Our granite counters tops were also delayed due to installation being rescheduled 3 times. Managers have not been helpful with our situation we have lost time in money going through Home depot. We been without a kitchen 5 months thanks to this store.

The store is always clean the employees have always been friendly and helpful. I love my Home Depot

The store is pretty organized and easy to find what we are looking for. Some workers are friendly and some are not.

The store is in general order, cleaner and easy to find the tools that I needed. Staffs and workers are nice and their customer services are excellent.

Shopped in the garden section today. Great selection of plants and Kendice Lewis provided wonderful friendly customer service.

I had a good experience other than the fact that I was asking drywall that the store didn't have at the time and it felt a little awkward one of the employees was upset having to help me search for the product that seemed to be out of stock.

I especially want to recognize Yvonne for her dedication and expertise in resolving my problems with getting installation for my garage door opener.. It looks weeks to find out that the garage door installers would not install Genie garage door openers, and instead would only install Chamberlain products purchased through them. The installers told me that they simply did not service the Avenal area. It took a lot of hard work for Yvonne to get this problem resolved for me.. I hope the Hanford Home Depot management team recognize what a gem they have working for them in Yvonne.. She would make a good manager and in-service-trainer if you ask me. Thank you Yvonne.

Great store with amazing staff. Mike at paint is always helping out. Martin at the front provides great customer service.

I have visited a lot of other hardware stores and home depot is my favorite. I love the fact that they are the only ones that carry ryobi tools and I have bought an 8 piece ryobi set from there. I continue to shop there and only buy tools from them.

Rude employees and they leave you standing and waiting without calling for help. Clearly they don't want to be there. No one smiles and their customer service is lacking. Poor representation for a store. They need some serious customer service training.

I think that you have great employees, who are knowledgeable and that know what they are doing, therefore, I consider this store and I will recommend this store to others that live in that area.

I asked an employee wearing an orange shirt if the store carried rubber boots. He said yes and walked me from garden across the store to where they were when he didn’t have to. His name was Daniel and he provided great customer service. Thank you!

The customer service in Kitchen/Plumbing was phenomenal. We are gutting and completely remodeling a bathroom and got superb support and advice and purchased everything we needed in a one stop shop. Nicely done!!
