Good service in this store

I enjoy visiting our Home Depot and we choose HD over The “L” store all the time so Thank you HD

I went in to the Store and bought a Brand New EGO Lawn Mower and Paid Full Price and when I got home I opened the box and The Lawn Mower had Grass all over it and it was Used! Called the Store Manager and he said I Have to Bring it back in! I Live 30 minutes away!

I would like to give a shout out to Cynthia for all her help with 2 different problems with an online order.

Cynthia at customer service was top notch and very helpful and most importantly professional. Nice work by HR hiring quality talent at this site.

Home Depot in Hanford California Has been my Go To Store for All my Home improvement, Repair, and Garden needs. This store seems to be well stocked on most popular items. I would like to Thank Sales Cashier Kaitlyn fo her help with my purchase in the Garden Department

Workers that ignore safety procedures should be terminated. The conduct of Chuck in electrical,who does not wear a mask, should not be tolerated. While his actions represent one person, his breath could infect me and I could end up dead as a result. I plan to steer clear and f him and this store whenever practicable.

My cashier Thalia is probably the best cashier I have ever had the pleasure of having! Super friendly and just a nice person! Great attitude even though it was super hot.

Have had an overall good experience with the Hanford store. Customer Service people try to resolve any problems to the best of their ability. Have one suggestion for the online purchases. When I purchase online, I am NOT able to use my military discount. Since this can amount to a considerable amount of money for the customer, an effort should be made to allow the discount. Recommend that you allow verification and entry online to the customer profile by store employees.

I had the best overall experience today at this Home Depot store. The customer service cashier, Alexis, went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted and even went online and searched through their database to make sure. Super friendly and clean store. I am extremely happy with their service

Horrible customer service in the paint department! I asked for the price of a particular type of paint and when going to pay for mixed paint it was $5 more than quoted. I went back and instead of Lolo discounting paint they had already mixed he offered me a cheaper paint, mixed it and kept the better paint. I specifically asked the price for the type of paint I needed before they mixed it. He said he didn't realized what type of paint it was when he quoted me the price. Not my fault you didn't ask Lolo.

Store is always cluttered and shelves are not adequately stocked. Some employees are incredibly rude and lack knowledge in their respective departments.

The products were easy to find and the associates are so friendly and helpful.

This store was very helpful in getting the things I needed and out of the store during these times of distancing. I found the fixtures I needed and the right price, plus the Veterans discount. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

This Home Depot is always neat and clean The employees are always very helpful The Garden Center is well stocked Cashiers are polite and recognize most of the regular customers I’ve been shopping at the Hanford Store since 2013 when I moved here Monterey I’ve purchased paint, lumber, appliances, plumbing the list goes on and on
